I have reason to believe ECDC has been in talks with OCH last october. Just speculating but maybe it was ECDC who was turned down by OCH? Surely ECDC must be interested in (assets of) OCH once OCH directors are removed.

So is there one email address to forward details please? Or later this weekend. IMO it is how the assets are disposed. Fire sales will result in no shareholder return but an orderly managed liquidatiln should return some value to shareholders. Nav was 63p so even 2-3p must be possible worse case? Those two directors must not be allowed to make low ball offers or be at the front of the queue! GLA

Morning all

Can some one correct me if I'm wrong.

As it stands all of us are going to get nothing out of this share including the 2 bell ends that run och into the ground.

So what we are planning will benefit the 2 dir as well.

R & T has contact with guy so maybe we can get them to hold off with there winding up petition while the hotel is auctioned to give us time to sell the other assets.

Maybe see if any of the ii's have someone to step in and over see the company while this is happening.

Don't shoot me down its just a thought

Jack,Guy intimated in the above email regarding the II that were given the chance today to change their vote. Do you know who it was?I have many of the contact details for most of the major holders, so I'm sure a concerted and well managed plan can be put together. R&T
