...already made...and they allowed the EGM and its offer document and the resolutions...and to allow the dirs. to vote their 30% in resol. 2 although a subpart of it included a specific benefit to themselves (and UK law would normally prohibit them voting on such an item)....

so

imo it is clear, yet again, that the FSA is a waste of time (and money !)

and the FSA colludes with the stock markets and the financial sector.
Looks at all the financial frauds over the years. The FSA has allowed them all to happen.
(the Gov.t and hence the FSA, get a cut of all financial trades, and tax on fin. sector workers, and VAT from what the fin. workers have for lunch....

so to a degree they will not bite the hand that feeds them.

R & T seemed to think the OCH dirs. were saints working hard for him, maybe now that shareholders have told the dirs. via the vote to "get stuffed" he will see the light.

thai - we'll hopefully have an idea of what is needed to legally bind our holdings by the end of this wkend - I will & hopefully R&T, will then contact the II's to advise of our holding, which is the largest after Guy & Ofer. We need approx 4 of the II's to come on board to get majority vote & control the company.

This then obviously comes down to finances to keep the company solvent unless, we appoint the Administrator & control the asset disposal - which would be in our rights to do so, subject to II involvement - it's a long shot with the II's but you never know.

As said, the essential element is the legality of our group. We will no doubt need the group to formally pledge their shares to the group with obvious caveats. The sooner we get this in hand the better.
