Besides every other possible action we and the ii's can take, maybe it's an idea to get ii's interested in incorperating an entity with us that would make an offer on OCH assets if they were to be auctioned/liquidated.
It would improve chances of getting a "fair" price for those assets.

This is an amazing total now.

R&T - great that you're in. The essential key at this stage is formally grouping the shares so we legally are recognised as a group. I'm about to email the action group Jack listed yesterday for advise on this & how the did it. Jack, do you have time to do anymore research on this as to how we do it as a contingency to my email to the action group.

R&T are you available for a quick chat this morning to discuss how we best approach the II's?

I have the ame email frm GUy saying exactly the same wording as R and T.
We must remember Guy and the gang have will want to try and get as mu h out of this as they can for themselves, and not us. So I would also imagine he they, have direct contact with all the leading players and names and would of become close more than any of us could of imagined. If there is a fast one going on they will will first at the door to collect. Pls bear this in mind. we are nothing to these people, it is a scandal how any PI is treated apart from when they try and raise money.
This a highly NEWS worthy topic! why should we be the losers, it should be the people who got the company into this mess!! not us!!.

Remember they have all the contacts and telephone numbers, they will not want too lose out, SO WHY SHOULD WE.!! Hiding in the caymans is know excuse or fuss to make us blind. This time PIs will win for a change, and not the Bs who put us there. Tim.
