Jack,Count me in and more importantly I'm also happy to do as much leg work behind the scenes as required. I'm also happy to be part of any meetings/ calls or canvass the IIs. Please email roughandtumbleone@hotmail.co.uk if you'd like me to get stuck in.1,966,900 for me and I'm gutted with today's outcome. As it doesn't matter here's the email train from Guy tonight:----------Me too, you should ask the institution that have let us downThey were given an opportunity to change their vote during the EGMI'm very disappointed tooSent from my BlackBerry®On 14 Dec 2012, at 18:20, wrote:Not what I expected to read Guy and I'm gutted this has turned out this way.As for Bellport serving notice to wind up Orchid, I can't believe you're going to shaft the shareholders and attempt to get your full "entitlement" back, especially as I stated previously the fair value increase in 2009 was a paper increase in the value of the GM.The world is a very small place, so I'd be very interested to here your thoughts and comments.XxxxxxxxxxSent from my iPhoneOn 14 Dec 2012, at 16:57, wrote:Guy, As there seems to have been no notification from today's EGM and already rumours about issues with a winding up order on Bellport and a vote of no confidence, as I have considerable money tied up in Orchid, can you erase my obvious concerns?Kind regards,

jack - great finds there! Fist glance one action group is successful the other gave up. Due to the number of tangible assets & the group percentage here, I think we have a good chance of getting somewhere with or without the II's.

We need to ascertain what we need to do legally to formally empower our group - I'll email the live group from your link in the morning to see if that can offer any guidance. Plus, any other research on this, please post.

Once the email detail is agreed to the II's we can get these out & then I/we can follow up with phone calls. We can then hopefully gauge where we stand.

Signing off for the night as we have enough to digest here.

Great start here guys.

posted again from earlier:

++++riddler posted this on lse where he thinks successful action groups were formed:
has anybody any insight to these companies? or has time to research what happened here? ++++

+++from riddler on lse: gliuck, it appeared to ahve an effect on PHE if i remember in july-Sept, and also AST set up action group only 5 weeks ago and now read todays RNS......co-incidence?...........hope u get something++++

we need to get in touch with the guys who organised the group action on the above companies as this could save us a lot of valuable time - do we have any volunteers who can research these?

kevin that's great.

jack - based on riddlers posts on lse he's not invested. The lists are needed & demonstrates how quickly we can garner power.

The numbers here are very encouraging. My guess is R&T has a sizeable holding as does sapper - hopefully we'll here from them over the wkend.

Wow, this is the first time I have felt good about this share in the last couple of months.

I'm in at £16k joe that is a serious lump in here.

I didn't put in for anymore shares as I put in to much, only been dealing in shares for a year and this is a big lesson, had some luck a few years ago and you win some lose some.

I'm prepared to help anyway I can, either with time or financially.

joe - fella, that's one serious holding. Feel for you mate. I too got blinded by Guys optimism in my communications with him as did a lot here I think. The upside to that holding at this time is we could have serious clout if we get this tight & organised as an action group.

Bottom line here guys, on our collective holding, we will be the majority shareholders after Guy & Ofer! We will therefore be in the same line as the II's for payout from any asset sale, or should I say, should be.

Any recommendations on good, not too expensive lawyers?

R&T - I take it you are in commercial property? Do you know a good Lawyer?

Based on this excellent level of group holding, I would say, we are now not reliant on the II's in order to be heard/take action. Obviously, I would love for us to be part of a takeover bid with the II's if that was at all possible, which it is.

Once we have taken legal advise, we can decide on the best strategy forward.

Joe I thought I had a lot with 400K. Hope this works out for you.
I remember, and others may have done the same, investing in Langbar a few years ago. It turned out to be an utter scam but at least I got back 20% of my money in the end. I have more invested here so hope the % we get back here is higher.
My avergae purchase price was 4.5p.
Good luck guys we might need it.
