02/1/2024 16:17 | Unfortunately not one I can make. It would be nice if anyone could ask why they don't reply to shareholder questions placed through their own website and when they are going to advise us of the dividend dates! | cwa1
02/1/2024 16:04 | See you all on the11th at the AGM? | 97peter
28/12/2023 07:25 | It is very strange indeed that the company won't correspond with their shareholders, especially to politely put questions that they really should be able to answer. I don't recall ever not getting a reply from a company before. I'd normally take this as a very bad sign and not invest in the company but the share price seems very low(to me) relative to the how well the company seem to be doing, so it's a conundrum! If they were remotely serious about the business I'd think they's take retail shareholders more seriously-but due to Mr Takhar's massive shareholding I guess he doesn't care a fig, nor does he need to! | cwa1
27/12/2023 18:14 | No nothing heard back here. It is strange that they had to make an amended RNS announcement for the results too. It feels too much like copy and paste applies with little attention to detail. | davidosh
27/12/2023 15:53 | Afternoon davidosh Did you manage to get a reply from Orchard to you message? Needless to say, I didn't :-( | cwa1
22/12/2023 16:09 | Indeed, that IS a third party website and I suspect it is little more than an educated guess. Would certainly be nice to hear back from the actual company... | cwa1
22/12/2023 14:27 | That is a third party website. Why is it not available on the Orchard website? The company have been alerted and as a finance company they should be all over anything to do with numbers and providing accurate financial info. | davidosh
22/12/2023 13:32 | So dividend paid Jan 12th looks like | cowie19
22/12/2023 13:10 | This is the forecast? | 97peter
22/12/2023 13:06 | Sorry didn’t look too close, that was 2023. Sorry. | 97peter
22/12/2023 13:01 | Here is the link to dates and events you need: hxxps://www.fidelity Happy Christmas and onwards and upwards to all ORCH medium to long term shareholders!!! GLA | 97peter
22/12/2023 10:48 | Question regarding dividend sent on 18/12. No response as yet. Even allowing for the fact it's a pretty busy time of the year and they have parties to attend to, I think that's pretty poor(if not entirely unexpected). | cwa1
20/12/2023 21:56 | Good old Ravi, err! Peter. | konradpuss
20/12/2023 21:11 | Peter will find out. | battlebus2
20/12/2023 20:08 | As did I. Don't have notes in front of me but was either 17th or 18th but, as yet, no reply | cwa1
20/12/2023 19:36 | I have sent a message regarding the dividend dates | davidosh
20/12/2023 16:18 | Quick question. Has anyone had a reply from Orchard to a message sent through the "contact us" part of their website? If so, if I may ask, how long did it take them to reply? Cheers | cwa1
19/12/2023 08:10 | Boring, I know, but the last 5 ex-dividend dates have been: 13/12, 12/12, 10/12, 9/12 and 22/12 but this year, as far as I can tell, there's STILL been no notification. Surely, as KP says, this is most odd? Or am I the only one anal enough to be concerned about these sort of things? :-) | cwa1
14/12/2023 09:08 | I guess we will have to wait the Report & Accounts. Most odd. | konradpuss
14/12/2023 08:33 | STILL no information on the dividend payments schedule? Don't think I've seen that at a company before. OCCASIONALLY you see a separate announcement-but on those rare occasions it is usually alongside the Finals. It's IN the previous two RNS finals releases and couldn't be bothered looking back any further than that. Anyone got a handle on this? | cwa1
13/12/2023 18:04 | davidosh, my view is that the listing is probably negative for Peter err! Ravi right now. If he is in this for the long pull then he must suffer the vicissitudes of the market. I am very negative borrowed money with short end dates. What he should concentrate on is putting in place a much longer term funding source - ideally equity, however that would dilute him and us. At this discount to NAV it should currently be avoided. Oh and the other important thing is to carry on growing the business. Very happy he is stepping back from property bridge loans. Caravans/mobile homes could be much more interesting. | konradpuss
13/12/2023 17:30 | I think any thought of takeovers should stay firmly out of mind. With a controlling shareholder it does not matter who comes knocking, and they probably have at this low level, it ain't going to happen. Ravi did not list the company without firm intentions of growing it and making use of the public quote... therefore to simply sell out unless the price was surely so tempting that it would look a huge success so we are talking at least £1.50 to show progress from the IPO. Ravi is comfortable and still runs the company and gets paid salary, bonus and dividends whether the share price stays here or not. If he gets out of bed the wrong side then the delisting option becomes a worry for me. What do we all see as the value to Ravi by having that listing? | davidosh
13/12/2023 16:50 | Now your talking - a nice buyout at a good premium from a competitor. | konradpuss |
