I see your point about issuing shares, rtd, but could they transfer some of their SBTX shares to OPTI holders rather than sell and give the cash to us ?

I didn't expect free shares at any point and posted that view. Best I thought me might expect is to be allowed to participate in IPO or failing that be rewarded by value of Skinbio shares held by OPTI reflecting in share price

I doubt they'll do any of that, how will they issue free shares in an independent company unless it's laid out in the AIM listing document (which it isn't). I suspect after a year they'll cash in some of their shares in Skinbio and pay a special dividend to the then shareholders. In the meantime OPTI share price hopefully reflects an increasingly valuable 44% in Skinbio.

It will have nothing to do with length of holding
imho
They will announce a cut off date (which will probably be announced after the actual cut off date itself) and however many shares you hold on that particular day will be used as the figure for any share holder sweetners
Thats why anybody selling lately is stupid in my opinon. Our bod could in theory pick any day

It's not an arduous task. They would work it out the same way they do ex divi date. They just need to tell us when that it. All in due course.

All together now...I AM ELRICO, NO I AM ELRICO! :)

I think we can agree that I am not michaelmouse, so therefore I must be everyone else. But why?

Primal - be fair, you need foresight, a grasp of the science, business strategy, ability read a balance sheet, understand each market segment, each IP in each division and its potential, the health benefits, and global reach, to highlight just a few areas an astute investors needs to get to grips with. Michaelmouse has clearly demonstrated he has none of these abilities. He couldn't even get the basic mechanics of a demerger right. He said it was "very dilute to OPTI shares" it was a "cash call by another name" - "OPTI needed cash and fast" - "a cold winter was coming" and of course, he can not see the £660k invested 12 months ago has yielded £10.7m at 9p with OPTI sat on £2.4m in shares which will of course increase over time and of course, the distribution of free shares at a predetermined time to shareholders. He justs did not understand, even though it has been explain to him in detail. No wonder he ploughs his hard earned into frauds and companies that create the illusion they are growth companies.

If michealmouse has learned one thing, it is NOT TO ENGAGE WITH CERTAIN LTH's because he just looks a fool.

Surely administering the free shares dependent on 'length of holding' will be an arduous task? I've had a core holding for 18 months or so, but also traded some in and out...

You must be crazy to think that someone holding for less than a week would get shares in SXBT. As Risky this would attract so many traders.

Primal,I've only held for a lityle while but read previous RNS. Was expecting free shares. No problem. As I've stated SBTX should reflect positively on OPTI. Wording of RNS a little ambiguous..

Well said risky, why should that happen! Rage - you keep talking about expecting shares, you have been holding since last week, as risky has explained why should you expect them when you have held for around a week?

Long term is where the rewards will be. Why should a trader buy in on the back of last week and gain the same rights to these free shares as loyal opti holders. Do you think they'd flip those free shares and move on or hold loyal to the company? Those who hold opti will get shares that are worth far more than the 9p they list at tomorrow.

Maybe you should have bought Opti instead of losing big money in your other frauds Michealmouse, how much is your loss now?

Michaelmouse, do you not understand the meaning of 'ultimately'? From Collins Dictionary --- Ultimately means finally, after a long and often complicated series of events. ----
