This price action today is textbook recovery of a stock in a firm uptrend, reaffirming that trend and rejecting lower prices. There is certainly some demand here. Bounce off the 8 ema, and looks like a lovely pin bar to finish. Talk about underlying strength. Simply lovely. Very happy with that.

The fact is i believe that it's got to you not me because your posts towards me are becoming more and more childish and you are starting to sound really foolish.

Anyhow grotty, I thought you'd be in a good mood today, having scalped nearly a hundred quid. No Lidl value beans for tea tonight, crack open the Heinze!

In fact, a working example of Mr Buffett's comment about the stock-market being a device for moving wealth from the impatient to the patient....

Excellent comeback this afternoon, and on a very healthy 15.6m shares traded so far which will have cleared out many profit-takers.

I'm sure Cathal would love to add at these prices, but he is probably in a close period with all that's going on.

marvelman The RNS today was well telegraphed and so there were lots of traders on board catching the steep rise !! It would have been a miracle if the price had stayed up. What happened ??? a few short termers took profits and others panicked, so we had a good 10% fall !! That is perfectly normal, a great time to top up, I also topped up at 40p. I now wonder if CF has increased his holding today !!!!

eeza >> But I seem to remember that any trade above NMS didn't need to be reported immediately and those are the ones which normally throw a discrpancy in the calculations

@topnotch
The criteria use is: under mid price = Sell; above mid = Buy.

Which is why you see so many peeps claiming their Buy has been misrepresented as a Sell.

Use the direction of travel of the share price as the guide.

This morning's action was inevitable and something we would have had last week had we not had snippets thrown in to maintain momentum. Not in the slightest concerned and well done those investors who took the opportunity to add.

HoldBucket >> The stock exchange only registers a trade as a transaction at a specific price and time, regardless of whether it's a 'buy' or 'sell'

it's normally up to each trading/reporting platform to determine whether the trade was a buy/sell and they usually do this by comparing the transaction price against the stock price at the time it was done - but they rarely get it 100% accurate
