My adding buy at 40p was shown as a sell. Don't go by the trading logs 5.5m:8.6m buy:sell. It's not very accurate on certain days.

Parsons..I may be one of those you refer to although I am not upset or suicidal or worried about a short term setback caused by profit taking...but I am very disappointed with todays price action. I doubt there is anybody here who is not apart from those that sold today to take profits. We have seen it before with ORPH but usually from the perspective of a large holder unloading. I am perplexed but not for the first time in my 20 years plus of investing. Regards.

Well I am very happy to hold for the dividend shares in the spin offs. I have a very profitable T20 running from 32p but will be buying it in next week.
Plenty of other positive things happening that aren't on investor's radars, the clues are there though ;o)

Wow !! some people get so upset and worried on any very short-term setback. I hope we don't have a REAL market fall because then all the stocks that have had big rises get HAMMERED, there would be suicide threats here. But today's RNS was a big plus and paves the way for other more exciting spin-offs. It does look like 40p is a support area so onwards and upwards !!!!!

Short term pain. The Robin on my birdbath just told me it will all be OK in the end. If its not Ok, its not the end yet.

My additional nibble at 42p ish this morning looked a bit premature too...

I've taken a big chunk at just over 40, have called the previous two bottoms very well so hoping to make it a hattrick but I think its more or less a no lose punt as longer term it will rise well, well over this level regardless

PS. existing T traders should have noworries - their existing ORPH shares and still be freely traded. theyll only have a few newco shares locked in for 9 months.

hoping this will establish a new base around 40p. there will always be profit taking on the way up - nothing to do with the value of the company i guess they could do the spin off either in one go issue shares to ORPH holders and raise new development funds from institutions and other placings, or do one followed by the other. given the intended lock in i am inclined to the latter where there will be plenty of time for a serial launch of the spin off.
