Yes, figures look very good.

Market forecasts need upgrading a good bit in my view

Longer-term, market forecasts for FY25 suggest EBITDA margins of just over 20%. These used to make in the 30s.

Think this has a long way up to go from here

Total revenue of £170.2m from £143.4m in the previous year. Reinstating dividends, adjusted PBT of £23.6m against £14.2m last year, basic EPS of 11.6p vs 6.4p. Decent cash on the BS. What's not to like?

Well there's not much in there to pick fault at - Cracking set of results, outlook and divi confirmed for next year. Well done to the management team. This should see a significant recovery over the next 3-6 months.

Long way to go until fair value is reached, slow and steady rise each day will do for me

In at 117 I think there is good value here. Holding for at least a year expecting share price to double in that timeframe quite easily

I agree DRF. They've bumped up against the current level a couple times in recent months and been knocked back. Hopefully a strong outlook statement on Tuesday can push us through that and it can act as support after rather than resistance.

On a fundamental basis, agree it looks cheap. They'll also have excess capital this year, by which I mean even at cash low points they should have net cash, so will be interesting to see whether there's a nod to dividends. I'm not bothered by income myself, but some funds can only hold companies which pay a divi and its also a signal about the board's confidence

Starting to look positive here. Breakout close and hopefully start to close the gap to the brokers TP of £3. Last year the share price went on a very decent run and the company is in much stronger shape now. £2 is a fair target

Fun fact. They have no debt. They are in effect a website like Rightmove. If the market contracts they can pull in their horns. If it flies they hire a few more staff. But the operation and hence the risk is capital and asset light

Timely comment from Peel Hunt:-

OnTheBeach is ‘recession resilient’, says Peel Hunt
Package holiday operator OnTheBeach (OTB) is delivering ‘promising’ updates and the shares do not reflect the long-term potential, says Peel Hunt.

Analyst Ivor Jones reiterated his ‘buy’ recommendation and target price of 300p on the Citywire Elite Companies + rated stock, which was trading at 113p on Monday.

Full-year 2023 earnings are in line with expectations, Jones said, and full-year 2024 is ‘promising at an early stage’. Winter passengers were up 23% and summer this year was ‘significantly ahead’.

Jones said the group had made itself ‘recession resilient’ as it benefits from ‘marketing investments made in 2023 and from its continuing pivot to higher-value holidays’.

‘The results will be an opportunity to gauge management tone more than current trading data,’ he said. ‘Despite the rally, we believe the share price does not reflect the long-term potential.’

Easyjet results out this morning are good with strong bookings for 2024, small short term impact from middle east conflict, returning to divi payment bodes well for sector.
