28/2/2024 13:27 | Not enough guidance on revenue to provide further increase, as I stated yesterday, sure some folks got spiked | milliecusto
28/2/2024 07:43 | Saves £2m a year on legal fees. Should go straight through to the bottom line. | dr biotech
28/2/2024 07:24 | Nice one Dave well spotted. | paleje
28/2/2024 07:22 | Another 10p rise today. | blueball
28/2/2024 07:11 | Times say buy OTB | bigbigdave
27/2/2024 21:16 | This news isn't the reason why the so should be 200p+ it's the cash generative debt free nature of the business. That coupled with the 70 million in the bank i wouldn't be surprised is 250p is on the horizon this year | wburton619
27/2/2024 21:00 | Struggling to see why this news would lift share price to over 200p, no real conclusion on impact to revenue and how this translates to the bottom line, as we see markets cooling, noted especially in America, see a retrace to round about 130's as investors start realise may have got spiked today | milliecusto
27/2/2024 18:42 | No problem Paleje. Think the value here is clear - we know its trading well, as is the sector as a whole, and they recently guided on profits. PE is on course for around 10x this year compared to a high-teens multiple which it used to trade at and there's plenty of cash too. Would just filter the idiots and not bother engaging with them. Treat them like toddlers and dont give them the attention which they're craving | adamb1978
27/2/2024 16:38 | I see a company with no real debt, over £70m cash in the bank (over 25% of market cap). And with a forecast pbt of £30m, worth say 13x earnings. That would equate to 250p ish. The market will out. | hamhamham1
27/2/2024 16:34 | I see the 200p zone, rather than the 100p zone. | hamhamham1
27/2/2024 16:26 | Paleje - I would not exclude for the share price to go on the low side again, possibly in the 100p's. PBT were disappointing. A deal with Ryanair may help, but that needs to be proven. I don't think OTB will get from Ryanair any better deals than other travel companies. But it ensures more transparency on pricing. | alotto
27/2/2024 16:07 | Sorry I'm a bit slow replying, AdamB197826 (1669 of 1690), I agree with you and wasn't really too concerned about the languishing sp, just annoyed by some (idiots) making pointless and misleading comments about the company's performance and expecting to see 100p before long etc. I hope they didn't cause anyone to sell. Anyway today's news was welcome:) | paleje
27/2/2024 15:38 | 163.44p currently. Amazing day! | hamhamham1

27/2/2024 10:15 | From December's RNS, no notable debt and plenty or cash in the bank.. Cash and liquidity ? The Group remains in a very strong financial position with combined cash balances of £184.4m (2022: £133.9m): - Group cash, excluding amounts held in trust, of £75.8m (30 September 2022: £64.5m). - Customer prepayments held in a ring-fenced trust account of £108.6m (30 September 2022: £69.4m). ? Net finance income in the year has increased to £2.6m (2022: finance cost of £0.5m) due to a £3.8m increase in bank interest receivable. | hamhamham1
27/2/2024 10:12 | Shareprice is still below 2015 float price Well turnover was £61 million in 2015 and last full-year 2023 sales were £171 million with a really good outlook statement attached This deal should see the shares finally gain some traction. They deserved to be higher before and they certainly deserve to be so now. | undervaluedassets
27/2/2024 10:09 | Given OTB use a number of different airlines and they heavily promote that they are not tied to any particular airline, I doubt Ryanair would buy them. Obviously wouldn't mind if they did. At least this stops the litigation. Whilst that had an uncertain outcome we didn't want to waste money on lawyers fees. | dr biotech
27/2/2024 09:49 | 160p hit, with 11 mins to spare | hamhamham1
27/2/2024 09:42 | IMO, a 3 quid take out in short term, or a 5 quid natural trudge over next couple of years. These are my 2 ideal outcomes :) | hamhamham1
27/2/2024 09:32 | Well it may take a while to get going. Litigation last month. Friends this month. Married next month? Stranger things have happened I guess. Not quite a Craig David song, but getting there ;) | hamhamham1
27/2/2024 09:31 | Huge news today. Look at the share price performance of RYA. OTB has today gone from an adversarial relationship with Ryanair to a co-operative with a stroke of the pen. Huge news for OTB | undervaluedassets
27/2/2024 09:25 | Ryannair market cap £20bn and they arent just buying this? Very odd… | john09
27/2/2024 09:22 | Looks like 160p by 10am maybe. | hamhamham1
27/2/2024 09:21 | Well, EasyJet holidays is experiencing huge ramp ups in turnover, and profit. So no reason why not I guess if Ryanair want to own a larger part of the holiday market. | hamhamham1
27/2/2024 08:50 | Why dont Ryanair just buy this?… | john09 |
