IThe question for Ocado's Chairman is, what does the current CEO bring to the table? He is highly rewarded for missteps and strategic drift- the share price reflects the marjet value of CEO better, imo, than the remune package. The CEO should have gone years ago and a tech heavyweight appointed as CEO.

The issue of bonus shares needs to reflect the drop in sp, why issue more shares at a lower price to a failing director, they should have a price close to or previous 12 months high - that way they're in it together with other shareholders.

No more easy money for drifting.

The point you are clearly missing is Ocado loses money on every "new" customer. The loss leading Ocado offer of 25% off the FIRST order and free delivery just generates bigger losses.

Ocado's retention rates of those "new" customers is minimal. Shoppers try it once and then revert back to their usual grocery retailer.

It's the classic mistake of Ocado trying to buy market share by sacrificing its profit margins.

Unless you have access to the U.S. Federal Trade Commission, (which you obviously don't) you have absolutely nothing to report.

The FTC want to block the merger between Kroger and Albertsons, because antitrust regulators say it would eliminate competition, leading to higher prices, poorer quality and lower wages and benefits for workers.

But as Ocado PLC is not a "connected party" to either Albertsons or Kroger and has no bearing on the merger, that makes you just another FAILED share ramper trying to talk-up the Ocado share price.

If the Kroger Albertson deal goes ahead CFC investment will significantly increase as they will push customers to go digital from all the closed stores. Looking good here .

Kroger takeover of Albertson might be back on following Trumo's success. However, the strategic drift at Ocado and lack of financial compensation cannot be overlooked. The low share price reflects the missteps and need for a new CEO.

Bots and robotics picking arms are not subject to rises in NI. Ocado Group only has 18000 staff and reducing every year as more bots and robotic pick arms are installed. Tradional grocers still have to hire more staff as they still pick pack from stores.
