It is worth remembering that Ocado's business operations remain heavily loss-making where it matters and it continues to burn cash at an astonishing rate..

OCDO shareholders should NOT expect to receive dividend payments anytime soon

Not interested in a dividend. Share price going way higher imo. Increase in tech margins and now upgrade to forecasts not predicted by the market. Massive short positions need unwinding. Roll out of fulfilment centres just starting...

That is the most absurd and feeble attempt at a share ramp ever, Wololol

If pay vehicle per mile comes in October statement it's going to be great for Ocado. Millions if not tens of millions may end store shopping completely as it will cost them even more to travel to a store and back. Why would a customer pay per mile when it can be delivered for free (with smart pass) by Ocado van. Currently approx 1/5 do online grovery shopping online and this is set to increqse. This would turn out to be 100s millions if not billions of extra revene for Ocado and much faster online penetrative.

'Painful' Budget warning spooks consumer confidence
====================================================

Latest data compiled by the market researcher GfK warns of a direct correlation between the Labour Government's downbeat rhetoric about the forthcoming Autumn Budget and a growing reluctance by households to spend on non-essential items including luxury food, dining out, new clothing and new footwear

Neil Bellamy, consumer insights director at GfK said ”shoppers of all ages are incredidbly worried that the Budget is going to take money out of their pockets with huge tax rises”

This view is also shared by the influential Institute of Directors (IoD) business group which last week warned that talk of imminent tax rises has "dented UK consumer confidence ever since Labour came into power".

Incidents like this are becoming more common ground. Barriers at gates, security tags, cctv , security guards. receipt checking. Last time I went into a supermarket it felt very unwelcoming like a prison and not the people there I would associate with. Absolutely horrible and inefficient places to purchase grocery, searching round aisles, not for me. The video below will become more of a normality as population increases and more people steal food. Thank goodness for Ocado.https://youtu.be/Bf4eIrFRTPo?si=STjTWEzKSC_Cqfsx
