So whens the listing date or whens the next bs rns date . Surely guardian pr team dont want their brand tarnished with the nuog brush. Nuog have already added guardian name to public domain then failed to comment on their recent missed deadline (again) they missed the other under nuog, they have now missed the latest under guardian. You say they want this to succeed however they are doing everything possible to alienate themselves from any confidence in their ability

No frangi but I do like a good wind up. LOL. How does one ramp a delisted share? Those, who bought good quanties right at the bottom, may eventually get their money back. Those trapped at historical prices of course wont. As I said, their holdings will be a few hundred pound, or the case of the old man, maybe under 20000k. Its all been a salutary lesson to keep away from stories that appear to be too good to be true.

Now guardians name is attached to their website and nuog is in small print in the background what has their investor relations said ? Can't imagine their best pleased with the latest deadline passing without comment, damages their brand....

Taxi what news do you have. Having been their only advocate your awfully subdued. What was your relist prediction 5p 8p or was it 10pn cant remember, that was the Dec or was it January realist price. What's your prediction for their early Feb relist. Funny how lse still don't have a new issue pending for early Feb..... Have I missed something. You seem to have always had the inside track what going on....

Trouble is that distressed companies trying to repair their balance sheet recently have done placings at massively discounted and diluted levels. Update on target Admission Date

Guardian Global Security plc (formerly Nu-Oil and Gas plc) announces that it is the process of completing its fundraising and that admission to the Standard Segment of the London Stock Exchange is now expected to take place in early February. The Company and its Financial Adviser, Novum Securities Limited have accordingly agreed to extend the long stop date agreed between them.

The Pricing Statement will be published following the completion of the fundraising detailing the Placing Price and the number of Placing Shares.
