Nu-Oil and Gas plc ('the Company')

Update on target Admission Date

Nu-Oil and Gas plc, announces that due to deal saturation in the market prior to the holiday season and with the recent increase in COVID-19 restrictions, the Company has taken the decision to delay the closing of the Fundraise in relation to the recent Publication of its Prospectus, until January. Admission to the Standard Segment of the London Stock Exchange is now expected to be on or before 24 January, in accordance with the long stop date agreed between the Company and its Financial Adviser and Broker, Novum Securities Limited.

The General Meeting of the Company will proceed as planned at 10 am on 21 December 2021 at Fieldfisher LLP, Riverbank House, 2 Swan Lane, London, EC4R 3TT. The Company welcomes all shareholders to attend but draws attention to the recent guidance issued by the government regarding Covid protocols and regrets that it will not be able to admit anyone not following the protocols.

The Pricing Statement will be published following the completion of the Fundraise detailing the Placing Price and the number of Placing Shares.

Defined terms in this announcement bear the same meaning as in the Prospectus, published on 2 December 2021.

That is your view and of course your entitled to it. Sure the history isn't particularly promising but I really do believe maritime security is a growth area as we move away from globalisation and it's each man to himself,or at least country. Sort of thing that could fly

Well you got NUwS and its good news as far as it goes. The company, contrary, to those on here did not evaporate to nothing and the team pulled off a deal of sorts. So instead of eating humble pie the people on here are already saying its a dead duck. Well it shows human nature which basically is envy.
