Only positive to come from 10 years of scamming and last 2 years of missed everything (except placings) is no more placings for further pipe dreams. still no new stock issue pending for guardian so extremely doubtful this is gonna happen by their latest bs deadline of early Feb , they just won't tell you and they def won't tell you what went wrong apart from it's someone else fault. Thoughts taxi.....

There is unlikely to be a lock in. It is not mentioned in the prospectus and would be were it the case.

Obviously the results of the placing will be announced as per exchange rules, and indeed as detailed in the prospectus.

there wont be any update on funding because no public money is involved. The funding was through the olde boys NOVUM network and no doubt came with a 12 month lock in.
The shares will just relist.

They basically ran out of money I believe. There was a bank creditor who insisted on disqualification so that is it. Its not a remarkable situation and often happens in smaller companies

If your refering to Lt he has lost his money whether this comes back or not. Forty to 1 dilution and billions of new shares will see to that. Some of us may or may not make a few quid eventually, but doozy, lol
