Another ridiculous statement.. lots of cash was raised in December and every other month . They arrogantly set the deadline. Rns was laced with over confidence , they though they had the cash I imagine someone did a little bit more research and pulled funding. Bod have been a shambles from the start. Aquisition is tinpot. So where has the 1.2m been spent I wonder !!! Market won't have an ounce of trust in this outfit.

They sold 400k on 2019. Not 50k.

The prospectus seems to be silent on the strategy of additional services etc beyond organic growth of the barrier customer base.

Your looking at the barrier business in isolation, no one goes public and gets a main listing to sell 50k a year of plastic barriers. Guardian will be the leader in maritime security based around focus, capital, and contacts long after the mealy mouthed comments on here are forgotten. I dont mind because this carping doesnt matter

Havent they switched to the Ikea model of fit your own rubber slabs. Make for a fiver , sell for not much more, the only real mark up here was charging a huge fee for installation which they are letting the clients do themselves now. Only problem, Ikea have approx 5bn customers gardian have a couple of thousand. Captains of industry this lot.... Love their linkednin account, a staggering 153 followers. Bravo.

There is information in the prospectus neatly laying out Guardians revenue. It dropped by half in the financial year ended October 2020 compared with 2019.

There are also more recent unaudited figures. The half year ended April 2021 looks to have some chance of recovering to 2019 levels.

If things had improved since then I would have thought they would be making some noise in the prospectus.

They aren't.

The figures your working off are historical and dont reflect trading. I am guessing that the sales figures have spiked up sharply in order to groom the company for flotation. The latest sale document, due on the 22nd of Jan will show the true state of affairs, and then we will see
