Posted at 05/5/2023 10:41 by taxibabe IF you read the accounts their planning to raise 2.4 million in two tranches. Add the value of the enterprise and a main market quote 5 million value sounds conservative. Divide 5 million by the new number of shares and then you have the actual value per share. Will I be better off then now? Sure since its not quoted, how much better off ? Depends on the amount of dilution. |

Posted at 20/4/2023 09:51 by jas2022 All that's happened here in a year or so is jay et al squandered 1.4m with zero results (epic failure, yet he still got employed, now.he is destroying that sp, funny.how his glowing bio didn't mention nuog haha) dennan another useless tool couldn't even be bothered to file hmrc accounts, on delist he paid the hundred quid to keep the shell live just in case. No indication of any deal being worked on. |
Posted at 13/3/2023 16:23 by taxibabe No one really knows. The last formal anouncement saying they were proceeding with the guardian transaction took place nearly 2 years ago. Later, there was some informal anouncement saying it fell through in a row over patents. The story was then they were looking for an alternate deal and were "in advanced discussions" with several parties. Since then nothing. The company gave up its AIM quote and is currently an unlisted private company. There may or may not be a grey market on one of the obsure exchanges but the price is likely to be nominal. |

Posted at 31/10/2022 08:11 by helpfull Fresh from his success at Guardian Global Securities plc (previously Nu-Oil and Gas Plc) Jay Bhattacherjee is to become the new Non-Executive Chairman of SDX Energy (31 October 2022). His energy, industry knowledge and a strong track record are all praised by the Interim Chairman of SDX Energy.Congratulations Jay. Nuog shareholders will, I am sure, join me in saying it is well deserved. He has been a breath of fresh air at Nuog. Be careful. |

Posted at 08/7/2022 16:39 by taxibabe To be honest I thought you sold out lost 70k and walked away. Suprised your still here unless your blaming nuog for other share losses you incurred trying to get back those losses? You had a big break with the scratch card win and you should have played it very safe. Ah well. |
