What evidence do you have for that relist... As far as I can see it's missed deadline after missed deadline with the latest not even worth a courteous why!! Fear of what calling the board incompetent, you miss every deadline and fail in every project for 2 years.... Your incompetent !!

I am very satisifed that there will be a satisfactory outcome. What the Ukraine crisis is showing is that the World remains a dangerous place and with big power intrigue around, mercenaries, bio weapons labs, and coups, its likely to remain so for the forseeable future. Pirates will take advantage of global rivalries for their own ends and the need for the Guardian product will remain strong

766 I can sympathise a little bit with your anger but at the end of the day no one forswaw the Russian business and raising funds in war time is always an uphill struggle. That said, I think I would prefer to wait for the "failure to raise" announcement before pre-judging it. They may still pull some rabbit out of the hat, although I concede, with every day that passes,that is looking less and less likely. They should have stuck with Oil and Gas IMOP

Also half or more of the holders paid well in excess of 1p or 40p in the new consolidated form, are they really going to take the 1 p mooted by you?

Your forgetting we will only have 23% at best of the new entity. Even if 1 in 2 holders dump, our impact will be minimal.

Imo the contempt they have shown to existing holders will result in a mass dump on day one as I doubt anyone trusts them moving forward. I'm sure lenders have no interest in seeing 20/40/60/80/90 per cent wiped off on their 2m start up investment.

TPI, With the limited cash available I am highly sceptical an insolvency practioner would take on a voluntary administration.

The result is either being forced by a creditor or by conpanies house striking off due to non filing.

Of course they may yet get some cash raised and kick the can, but thats not looking likely.

Called office ..no one available to take your call. Emailed. No response.Just about sums up the last 2 years. Now guardians name is blasted over their website it's their brand being tarnished.
