Have you read the garbage taxi has written, potential investors need to know both sides of the story, one based on fact, 40m plus 1.2m squandered with zero results, pathetic comms, missed everything etc etc.... Taxi has flipped from multiples price at reentry, no consolidation, no placings to suddenly a few hundred pounds on relist, an share price from 10p down to now 0.01p....complete bafoon.....

Well said. I scanned this chat board before commenting and I've seen the vile speech and language directed at you, totally out of order. Personally for me I've done my calculations and my investment will be either staying in or pulled depending on the list price when it opens. All I can say is some posters need to grow up and be great full this refloat is most likely going to happen and they can have the chance of getting something back instead of being toxic!

In terms of disclosure it is currently an unlisted company. The only disclosure requirements are for notice of a general meeting and then only to shareholders.

There is no requirement to issue an RNS - as an unlisted entity they cannot issue an RNS (though they can issue a similar "reach").

They may as a courtesy inform shareholder if it becomes a dead duck. But they are under absolutely no obligation to do so.

Depends on what the list price is when it opens. If it opens around 1-3p I can see some previous investors staying in, if it opens up around 10p then my investment would be well worth selling. It is disappointing some posters on here are not giving the very hard work that Gary has put in over the last year or so to get things off the ground. Guardian's potential could be huge with massive applications beyond just ships etc.

Frankly, I dont think its unprofessional not to make pointless announcements, what do you want Gary to say, "its nearly over the line but not yet" , ? That would more absurd then saying nothing. Also its an unlisted company where legacy shareholders, at best, may have 23,% of the equity. We dont matter and none of us have put up fresh capital. In most cases our holdings will be worth a few hundred, or at best few thousand pounds. Most will sell on opening having been trapped in this for two years.

From what I've heard via a colleague who is in contact with Gary Smith. The £2million fund raise is close to being fully secured and all is going to plan with a refloat. I agree it is very unprofessional that they haven't officially informed us why they've missed several deadlines, which is not very good considering there are some of us who have previous shares in nuog.
