Having checked the 2020 accounts it appears that only one director took a salary, this was around £175k.

The BOD have also taken shares in lieu of bonus/salary in the past and more recently, one director (Fletcher) has 19% of the equity bought at far higher levels.

There is nothing to suggest the BOD are driving this company onto the rocks intentionally therefore, at some point buyers will return.

In current markets any overhang will be punished, it is also worth remembering that traders seek opportunity and can drive up prices disproportionally.

One to watch, more-so if it becomes evident the overhang has cleared.

If there is a tranche of stock to clear it is not unusual for a market maker to take the full tranche 'on book' at a pre arranged price and then job it out to selected clients, so long as the seller agrees to block trade.

Once the market is aware the overhang is clear the share price can rally, sometimes strongly.

There are many examples, back in October 2013 Obtala Resources disposed of a large position in Bushveld Minerals, in September Bushveld were trading at 10p, Obtala selling took BMN stock down to 3p, once OBT were out some days later, the share price recovered to 8p.

Shrewd entities can take advantage of such events and profit significantly, it is obvious the Ncondezi stock price has been hit hard by this overhang and is probably not reflective of market performance or cash position which seems healthy for a £3.5m company.

Still however MMs have more to offload. Forgetting the deplorable Directors and their flagrant disregard for the shareholders that trusted them.

@0.85p if anything like positive news drops and you buy at these levels. A decent profit is guaranteed. I may just buy 2 million more of these cheap junk stock Monday.

Might as well go into Ladbrokes but hey ho.

One never knows and I might just end up in profit, once I dump all my shares in any up trend.

At least now my average is looking likely in an share price rally.

@5p plus it was a big ask before.

The RSI sits around 21, a five year low, one wonders if the drop is down to a distressed seller who wants out at any price thus offering a trading opportunity for the nifty.

Only time will tell, on AIM you cannot forecast anything and games are in play daily.
