You keep bleating on about a distressed seller.

If it’s the recent TR1 they are one of the highest net worth residents in Poland.

They have been investors in NCCL from the start.

And if they no longer have faith and are dumping, what sort of message does that send out?

Hardly a buy signal. The solar projects been hives off to one of the directors and the coal project has been work in progress for how many years?

And you claim the directors are buying in a closed period?

I don’t think so.

And that 5M trade was a transfer, plain as day.

Poor show.

Nice attempt at a pump though A* for effort.

It does look like someone is snapping up the loose stock, I would not be surprised if Mr Fletcher takes a fair chunk.

I also believe they promised an update before year end.

Any director trade has to be declared, one suspects someone wants the cheap stock currently on offer. The question is who?

Will be interesting to see if there are anymore delayed trades.

Remember there is $20m due to NCCL in back costs once a tariff deal is agreed, current m/cap is £3.3m with cash IRO £1m

Fletcher controls the situation with 19%, if CMEC want it outright that is. He doesn't need to RNS an increase until 23% +.

Wow a nearly 90% destruction in value in less than a year. That takes some doing. lemmings and mushrooms only.

CMEC may take control here also, good time for them to seize.

This type of opportunity is rare, a stock like this moves very quickly, take advantage of the overhang and profit IMO.

The overhang is pretty small in monetary terms.

If Fletcher RNS a 5 mill increase. Then back to 5p plus

If positive expect a gap upto 2.5p ! Fall well over done here.

The overhang will soon clear and when it does the share price will recover.

I have seen many similar situations, the recovery in the share price could easily return a 100% gain from current levels.

Traders are watching no doubt.

Are you sure that wasn't a buy?? Look at the time of transaction.
