How much has Scott Fletcher put into NCCL, he owns 77m shares, nearly 19% of the company, his buying started around 3 years ago when the shares were a lot higher, now on the BOD

Must be north of £1.5m surely, that is not a sum he will want to lose.

£0.01.27 is better than £0.00 which is what this share will be worth by mid December

Incidentally, since it appears the Co. will have no mechanism to pay of the solar loan and so will default (to the benefit of those who will get to keep the solar side as a result), that is rather outrageous I say.

SF is linked to charitable enterprises here in the UK - there is nothing charitable or transparent about what has happened to NCCL shareholders who frankly have been taken for a bit of aside. I think shareholders need to write to these organisations to see if they can contact him through these channels since at NCCL is is like Lord Lucan and not contactable.. I make no allegations, but, the absence of actual transparency and how shareholders funds have been utilised for this solar business is well below par.

It's also quite telling that Howarth, who was Ncondezi's biggest board shareholder before Fletcher made his catastrophic mistake, has never brought a project to production despite various attempts incl ZIOC. Beggars belief how these people make money to loan their companies so much

It's funny how Polenergia is now called Green Stone Impact and chairman Michael Howarth's investment company is called Greenstone Resources.

Not really that fair, more of a thoughtless conclusion...Not even a conclusion really...just a hollow statement...maybe you can look at a position on the NCCL PR team!Join the pros!

And an amendment RNS issued to address the omission of 'previous holding'....and name change.

The GreenStone 6.97% new holding looks to be instead of , not in addition to the 7.01% previously held by the same Kulzyk family behind Polenergia.

In which case we should expect a TR-1 disposal RNS imminently....more likely, it's just to record a threshold %age change (caused by recent share issuance).

Ncondezi's website has already been updated to reflect this new holding.

Wish they were equally quick in updating the market on other, more germane matters !

I hope for every small investors sake NCCL is a massive success story, but as each day passes it becomes less likely.

Fair to conclude that if a deal was likely it would have been done by now although there is that small chance it could still happen

It does not take much volume to move the shares, only a matter of time before the traders come in due to the current low valuation compared to historic levels, just one piece of decent news and it will move fast.

If you take a lazy look at the back story to the company I think you'd reach the conclusion that such a boringly binary outcome does not fit the mode of operation...However, it is fair to say the next 6 months would be pivotal...though I have been through a few cycles of that thought...

Don't forget the great track record they have at delays...while tongue in check...they have done it without completing blowing the share register...Number of shares in issue is very respectable given the state of play....and with approx 50% long term holders it remains nicely balanced...To date they have avoided too many inside funding tricks - and there is nothing to suggest that is going to change...Remains highly speculative, but potentially stellar returns should they pull it off...

Think the loans secured for the solar part will eventually be defaulted upon and that will end up not in the hands of NCCL holders who have essentially paid for it.

If the main project also fails, as seems increasingly likely, what is left?

No projects and no cash. A shell.

Any sign of Lurker? No, thought not. His 40 years of alleged experience can be placed in the bin where it belongs.

6 months until they wind the company up or a deal.
There is no other outcomes?

Deal 10%
Bust 90%

A huge few months until the last of the cash has gone.

An AGM where most investors won’t be able to attend in person, those that do will be limited in numbers, the majority can make do with a video call where they may receive the same responses to their questions as per the previous video calls.

Maybe 10% chance of a deal was over optimistic?
