12/11/2021 14:21 | Unfortunately it will drop lower. Have the BOD have no conscience at all?? | garykc
12/11/2021 13:44 | New lows.... | yasx
12/11/2021 01:33 | Only 5 more days until the AGM, likely the last ever AGM. | danmart2
11/11/2021 23:21 | So is it Hanno, Scott, or Lurker that you have such a hard on for? | frankandbeans
11/11/2021 15:23 | Sage, Just because shares have fallen far and to new lows does not lead to the view that they must therefore be bound to rise. The reason they have collapsed to these levels is because there appears to be little substance to this Co. Even at this m/c, there is not a buyer in sight. Do you really think that it is a case of the worlds best kept secret, a project worth hundreds of millions in which NCCL have a significant stake, yet this secret to riches is one that is simply under the radar? Or, is it the case that there is nothing to support the shares even at this price, and Hanno himself avoids buying any because he too knows there is no tunnel, let alone light at the end of it. This has been a campaign of fooling the novice mug punters to promote a lifestyle vehicle. Incidentally, what has happened to Lurker, who was another one that was cheering about this at the highs of 10p, even promoting it on various random threads to which it had nil relevance. He attempted to deflect all the obvious weaknesses/red flags by stating those like this sagacious chap had no idea of project management, but, the reality is I was right re the red flags and he has since disappeared as I indicated he would. He seems obsessed with pointing out issues pertaining to Kibo, but why can't he see the similarities here? Rhetorical question... | yasx
08/11/2021 11:20 | One thing is for certain it will not take much buy volume to move the price back up disproportionally if some form of positive news comes forth. You can clearly see from the lists (link below) how far in % terms NCCL has fallen on very low volume. | the_sage1
08/11/2021 11:01 | DM, Although that seems probable, there is a small chance that the loan may be refinanced - if so, that could give the shares a squeeze. Coupled with that, we may see more nonsense implying the coal project is proceeding. That too could create a spike. There is an investor conference scheduled for the 17th post the AGM at which they will seek to appease shareholder concerns. Some of these microcaps do tend to have a habit of rising sharply for no good reason when things seem to be at the end of the road. | yasx
08/11/2021 01:12 | Open your eyes Scott Fletcher will get his cash back and then some from the solar project All small shareholders have been rinsed Why some of you will not sell up now and at least get back a few quid for your shareholding is beyond my comprehension. You will get nothing by the end of December when the 3 board members have taken the solar project and wound up NCCL. | danmart2
07/11/2021 21:03 | Sage, Does he really lose out? He stumped up 350k at a 30% coupon within 6 months and, if, as expected, they now default on the loan made by the 3 board members, they essentially get that business for nothing with NCCL holders having paid for it to be set up. So, in short, what he might lose from the equity holding in NCCL he will likely make back through other avenues such as the solar business. It is the minority shareholders that have lost out here. | yasx
07/11/2021 19:59 | There’s the bear case and then there’s agenda posting. Sorry, agenda poster(s). | frankandbeans
07/11/2021 17:58 | I cannot see Scott Fletcher, a director, readily accepting a £1.5m+ loss on his NCCL investment, whilst it is wise to listen to the bear case, which seems to be rampant on this thread, one also has to consider prospective upside from a very low base should things work out. AIM can be a strange place. | the_sage1
07/11/2021 16:32 | Frank, The word that springs to mind when I think of you is....irrelevant. On that note, goodbye. | yasx
07/11/2021 15:41 | Personal grudge or reality has struck that NCCL is a disaster and is now only functioning so the board can get their hands on the solar project due to a loan default which looks inevitable? | danmart2
07/11/2021 07:19 | I’m sorry does my “meaningless twaddle” irk you poppet? That’s your opinion, not mine. I’m assuming you aren’t invested here given the content of your posts, yet rather than using this as a discussion forum you lambast with critical comments, and spend quite some time doing this. Whilst I’m sure you are an educated person from the structure of your postings, this doesn’t preclude you from being labelled a troll, for the frequency and content of your posts. Personal grudge? | frankandbeans
06/11/2021 13:41 | I post to set out the state of affairs here - what reason do you have for posting your meaningless twaddle? | yasx
05/11/2021 23:04 | Are not or were not? As I said hardly current and doesn’t explain the reasons behind this, there’s a multitude of potential explanations but the author hasn’t preferred even one. Any particular reason you post on this board or do you just have a vendetta against? Seems odd you spend so much time posting here. | frankandbeans
05/11/2021 20:47 | Frank, Current or not it is relevant in that it suggests things are not particularly rosy for Lloyd. What 'current' analysis do you provide? In fact, have you ever stated anything even remotely useful? No, thought not. | yasx
05/11/2021 18:04 | March 16, 2020. Hardly current affairs. | frankandbeans

04/11/2021 15:03 | FB, I am not actually suggesting holders should lobby other outfits linked to him to straighten out the mess that is apparent here since that has nothing to do with them - however, I think it is only fair and reasonable that since Fletcher came on as a member of the Board under the false notion of acting as a communication link between wider shareholders and the Co and has since completely hidden himself away from any form of contact, then holders should rightly contact him via other mechanisms such as the charity outfits he is linked to. IN the process of doing so, I also think it is fair for such holders to give some background as to why they are trying to contact him through that entity i.e because these shareholders feel done over. | yasx
03/11/2021 22:08 | Depends how much he is worth I guess. Yasx - in posting that you suggest shareholders consider lobbying Scott Fletchers charitable enterprises what is it exactly you suggest they tell these entities and for what purpose? | frankandbeans |
