I see Mr Yasx has got it wrong again, urged by his distorted personality which, to boost his obviously small ego and smaller record of ever actually doing anything or posting anything on here that adds to the debate about any share's value, HAS to find fault with everyone else. I didn't say NCCL has been 'overtaken by events' I said it has not yet been overtaken by events, even though many other companies have been. The little chap has to attract attention by shouting 'fire' when no such fire has yet started. He is just one of the gnats one has learned in life have to be swatted off.

Isn’t a ramper someone that encourages people to invest their hard earned somewhere, sometimes by claiming they have information that isn’t in the public arena, or by telling outright porky pies about having insider information to encourage buying? Or is that just on the KIBO boards?

I listen to all points of view, consider the evidence, review the BODs track record and evaluate the potential upsides and downsides.

With NCCL, the evidence is strongly suggesting this company heading for destruction.

It may limp on for another while if they refinance the solar loan but I doubt that will be the case.

Bit of a rise in advance of the AGM since some have the expectation that this will appease concerns.

They need to refinance the loan linked to the solar business and soon - that might propel it a little further. As for the main project, not sure what they can say other than half baked optimism.

Wonder if Cornford will ever produce another article on this Co. - doubt it, even he will likely be too embarrassed to keep churning out the construction ready multibagger once in a lifetime opportunity line since it has become obvious to all that this is not the case, nor was it ever the case.

Someone’s taken a punt and mopped up the loose stock down here, nothing to get excited over in the absence of any material news out of the company, they certainly won’t be able to let anything slip in the Q@A.

The point I was making is there is very little stock available at advertised offer, they want a premium for size as shown in your post, so they go 'at best' until the offer rises.

It is well known that market makers go short on AIM stocks and it does look like NCCL has been a candidate, that is a matter of opinion of course which I accept.

Nonetheless it does look materially oversold so I suspect they do not want to sell many around current prices.

Not surprised to see some action here this week ahead of the AGM, news often comes ahead of such a meeting, in any-case the Q&A session will be good listening.

The stock price is totally out of kilter to reality IMO.
