15/4/2024 20:05 | The previous low price was the anomaly, more realistic now. The ongoing buy back may support the price for a while, but will need some good news on deals to drive it higher imo. | weatherman
15/4/2024 19:41 | The current market cap is around £46m with say around £28m left in cash. So before the tender offer, the enterprise value was just a couple of million, but that has now grown to around £18m. All very strange IMO | katsy
15/4/2024 19:27 | So those that got all their shares tendered are 4.3% better off compared to those that did not tender. | twatcher
15/4/2024 17:46 | Barclays seems to have given funds for all tendered shares, above the official allocation - maybe they put in an aggregated application. | weatherman
15/4/2024 16:29 | Here are some insightful gems I picked up today from the Nanoco thread on LSE "Life is too short to be taken seriously - you'll never get out of it alive" and "Live in the present. Your actions in the present will determine the future." and even "Today is a gift, that's why its called the present." Apparently the poster responsible for these breathtaking philosophical insights has posted similar pearls more the 14,000 times. Wow! How ever does he do it? Did he perhaps buy a bulk consignment of reject Christmas Crackers ... from his Gran?! | terrorwit
15/4/2024 15:54 | Same here Woody33 but it is cash for the full tendered amount at 24p ie more than I am entitled to. | blenny01
15/4/2024 15:18 | Interesting.. Funds from the Tender Offer have just turned up in my II account. I wasn't expecting anything until the 25th. | woody33
15/4/2024 14:49 | Better than wasting it funding Angle Plc and its worthless lifestyle CEO lol! | paul planet earth1
15/4/2024 12:12 | Just took everything out of SYME and put it in here. My entire £10. Waaaay undervalued | paul planet earth 1
15/4/2024 11:49 | TerrorWit15 Apr '24 - 10:48 - 39278 of 39278 This forum has zero credibility. ----------------- In which case you will fit in perfectly. | yasx
15/4/2024 10:48 | Such a low level of comment here again. Mostly those who can't bear having their lies exposed as the share price travels in the opposite direction to that they stridently predicted. And not for the first time. This forum has zero credibility. | terrorwit
15/4/2024 09:57 | Can't even spell "buy".Idiot.Your maths are completely wrong.I do not have (number of shares held)x10p in my account. The value of my holding (number of shares held x current market price per share) has not materially changed.Smoke and mirrors.Clown. | jph
14/4/2024 16:06 | No not genuine but I sincerely believe you are thick if that helps! | paul planet earth1
14/4/2024 15:54 | Do you have genuine cognitive impairments or do you just act thick? | terrorwit
14/4/2024 13:43 | Sorry I missed adding 'habitual compulsive liar' Terror Tit! | paul planet earth1
14/4/2024 10:00 | Kooba You write unremitting, toxic, hate-filled rants day in and out and have been demonstrably wrong on all the major points since you started. Your posts are nothing but a manifestation of your own imagination and ego. You have ruined all decent discourse. No-one with any sense is listening to you or any or your pathetic acolytes. Sound contributors just give up when faced with your intimidation and bullying. You claim to be in favour of free speech. You aren't, you insist on shutting down anyone who doesn't share your distorted worldview. ------- Nanoco is a rare example of a successful university tech spin off. It consists of about fifty hard-working expert people operating from simple premises on a small industrial estate in Cheshire. The very idea that any of them are so-called "bad actors" is nonsensical. -------- The public announcements Nanoco provide do not benefit from your constant over-thinking analysis and conspiracy thinking. Please leave Nanoco alone and leave all the other hundreds, possibly thousands of content small shareholders alone too. We do not need nor want you. ------- I do not post on any other Nanoco forum or use any other names or aliases. Anyone else saying the same or similar to me is just another fed up shareholder who desires a better dialogue with others. | terrorwit
12/4/2024 22:51 | "𝑲𝒐& .................... 𝐉𝐮 .......... It's almost as if the self obsessed 𝐠𝐨 but NO ... that's not possible innit ? BARKOOBA is a completely different username .. | coiin stein
12/4/2024 19:11 | I have enjoyed your humiliation on LSE today Kooba. You're a self-righteous loudmouth who's always full of opinion and all of it wrong - and now picking me up on a trivial point even though the substance of my point was entirely correct. I hope no-one was freaked by your post-tender valuations of 17p and sold out hoping they could buy back in cheaper since it's fast looking like that might have been a very expensive mistake. Time for you to apologise I think. | terrorwit
12/4/2024 17:57 | Think folk should really check their information before posting! ..the highest shall be the higher of i) an amount equal to 105 per cent. of the average of the market value for an Ordinary Share as derived from the London Stock Exchange Daily Official List for the five Trading Days immediately preceding the day on which that Ordinary Share is purchased; and ii) an amount equal to the higher of the price of the last independent trade of an Ordinary Share and the highest current independent bid for an Ordinary Share on the London Stock Exchange at the time the purchase is carried out. So “10% above the most recent independent purchase price” is simply not true, in fact if they are unable to pay more than 5% premium over 5 day official list average they will likely not be able to pay these levels even. These figures are set just so companies can’t chase their own tails driving a price up “indefinitely& You are so dismissive of others yet can’t read the documents. | kooba
