08/3/2017 15:47 | Can anyone point out ehere or even if the film is being shown as s product on Wah Hings web site ? hxxp://www.wahhong.c | ih_169538
08/3/2017 14:38 | I suspect the financials won't tell us an awful lot. Even if we assume the £8m figure to be accurate, the bulk of that will relate to the second 6 months of the period when production ramps up. Revenue of £2-3m for the first 6 months might be an indicator that things are finally moving, but is it enough to convince the market that there is vast profitability to follow? Perhaps there are still too many question marks for that. That might explain the lack of movement. | wjs81
08/3/2017 14:07 | maybe even nanoco don't know the truth?Somehow, the shorters % , the II's holdings, and the daily share price all remain constant, day after day. Any insider knowledge would surely have had an effect by now? | jfacwc
08/3/2017 13:02 | pity they can't spy on nanoco and tell us the truth. | notimpressed
08/3/2017 12:42 | If you have a device that is connected to a wireless or wired network, then assume it can and most likely is being monitored. | andycapped

07/3/2017 20:18 | ROHS will be extended for another two years. Because the company pushing for the ban two years later has no products in the market. Is the vote coming up soon? Has nanoco hired a freelance design to make some for flashy info graphics. Twitter updated daily with infographics on the dangers and how many people are unaware. Launch a campaign two years ago you could of got some attention. Not this last minute trick to make it look like your doing something. Also about half a million sells today? Good job Mike. | mrplay
07/3/2017 19:59 | I still can not believe all these years later, they can not actully answer one question. Can i go and buy a tv tomorrow which contains your cadmium free dots. We know the answer is no. If it is yes they would of said. So this April will be more lies and silence again for another 6 months. Then lies and silence for another 6 months. I have experienced this same cycle for the last 2 years 2 months. Back then the promise of tv's with nanoco dots would be release before thanks giving weekend november 2015. How many bloody samples can one company make. How many tv companies are they supplying samples to? They know silence is killing the company but still they stay silent. We see RNS and think great, its a notice informing us of Mike's bonus. Then a day or two later another RNS informing us Mike is selling again. Could you make this up? Good job Mike. | mrplay
07/3/2017 17:54 | If Nano don't have cfqds in a commercial display product being sold in the EU area, their argument will not have a leg to stand on. The hope would have to be that the powers that be actually make a moral decision about the environmental damage of cadmium and uphold a ban. | robotface
07/3/2017 16:58 | Perhaps I'm being overly cynical, but with large companies in Germany and the USA producing cadmium or cadmium light dots, I can't see the powers that be jumping up to ban them anytime soon. Nanoco dots will I believe have to be the best and most cost effective to beat the competition. They tell us their process is the best way to make them, they also tells us all the big companies want them. If so we should see the money rolling in, and contracts being signed. So far though, just prototypes. | andycapped
07/3/2017 16:36 | Sorry not sure how to link to a pdf - if you Google "Nanoco – Request to end Ex. 39(b) - European Commission" it should come up | howl01
07/3/2017 15:59 | Link doesn't appear to work for me. Anyone else? | andycapped
07/3/2017 15:52 | The link posted to the presentation gives a good overview and a timeline at the end which is useful | howl01
07/3/2017 15:30 | Roadster - Nanosys' Hyperion film at <100ppm cadmium is unaffected by ending the exemption - it would comply with rohs. | howl01
07/3/2017 15:28 | That would be premature Nanoco need to site cadmium free dots availability as an alternative to cadmium to support the case for banning cadmium, once the ban is in place ..... | roadster750
07/3/2017 15:12 | enteleon, based on Nanaco's big anti Cadmium campaign, I would think that if the company believed your theory that Samsung is not 100% cad free that they would go down to a local store, buy a Samsung TV and take it apart. I would think that they must have a chemist on staff that could determine if there was cadmium in the film? Then send the results to a independent lab and to the media. | tdots
07/3/2017 14:39 | volume up again, no price movement, weird. can't all be pi's taking up the slack, someone is buying. re link above at least it demonstrates the market potential, pity nanoco appear to have no share in it, at the moment anyway, can always live in hope | notimpressed |
