Hi All, I received my offer document a while ago but only opened the envelope last night. It had a response date of 29 Oct so I missed the deadline. I own 3.35m MWG shares does anyone know what happens now. Thanks for any help/advice.

The Offer Document and Form of Acceptance will be posted to Modern Water Shareholders today, with the first closing time and date of the Offer at 1.00 p.m. on 3 November 2020
-- 17 November 2020 is the earliest date on which the Offer is expected to become or declared unconditional in all respects, with Admission of the First Tranche of New DeepVerge Shares to trading on AIM expected to become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 23 November 2020

Won't see much buying on here as no point as so close to end date for merger news. This may well reflect in a drop for both here and deepverge. I would think new investors will be buying deepverge as less complicated. The big share price rise will be on the official merger news and then i'm sure held back operation and sales news.

Looks very good, if slightly like a nudge to the UKG - please notice us!
Very glad I have held on here over last three weeks of losing substantial parts of my once wondrous profit.
I think with Dvrg this will come back bigger and stronger.
I've accepted the offer, needless to say.
