Nothing has actually changed, its just a delay in the offer. If you missed the opportunity to buy before the share price jumped you have another chance. Buy or simply increase ones holding the choice is yours!Good weekend all....Stay safe.

I don't think they would have decided this yesterday, more likely a week or more ago...they knew they couldn't get everything sorted with all the news about to be released, but only let the market know on the deadline - they have also had confirmation form the M&A board...as this is an all share offer 1:1, then the share price makes little difference as long as they are broadly aligned which they have been.

I would think the only reason for delaying the prospectus was on price/swap. As it was so near to the deadline I would guess the prospectus was already printed and ready to go, but because of the Sp reaction yesterday they decided to try any let things settle, imho. I'm a long, long term holder here not a 10-15% man.

All it takes is one country or one big company to like this idea and off we go. Barring a vaccine this is the best solution seen so far. Must admit the presentation wasn't the best though. Either way we should get huge coverage starting tomorrow which will lead to better demo's etc

Fair point I've not sold any but i was showing a nice profit at one point when this was trading over 7pJust dissapointed with the response from the market let's hope we see 7p-8p over the next month or so again

Weird it's massively over the ask at 5.15p for £40k and a similar large premium trade happened at SKIN for £90k and at 58p
