Ditto, I'm also awaiting a response from my mail. Noticed they take 2/3 days sometimes to respond to account email comms.

Completion of #ModernWater #MWG and the #Microtox 30-year old water contamination toxicity brand in more than 60 countries with 3,000 installations of #Microtox and #Microtrace equipment for retrofitting with offices in US, EU, Japan and China will play a major roll in 2021 hxxps://t.co/fZgapsB4x6

Think every share owner will accept, those larger sells are buys as larger players build % on Deepverge rather than having it declared for that share and buying here is a good way to hide share building for deepverge. All good news for both share holders. It will go through, just need to wait and then real fireworks after merger.

uapatel,

It's an older article now that has been rehashed by another journo after it was published by another. I'm sure GB will be monitoring press etc going forwards as he spent considerable time and effort on the rebranding.

More to point what PR is in place to manage errors of this sort. Seems Deepverge Plc isn’t sitting well with the press. Lol

Oh well, let’s hope the merger wakes people up as to the parent company

Well hopefully we have had our full dose of bad luck now which they say comes in threes (presentation fall out, share consolidation, takeover of MWG delays), about time we had something to cheer us up I think.

It will get the go ahead as the management team and the board and their friends own a vast majority of the shares, that is why they wanted the deal as it would have made millions for them. Unfortunaly many private investors are selling here and either holding cash or buying deepverge shares. MWG - (Corrected) is now not a viable business on it's own since the deal and so must merge. It's turned into a right old mess. Why they decided to do a consolidation of deepverge at the same time as a possible merge only they know.

My concern is that the deal hasn't passed yet. Where does this go if we don't get a 75% "yes". All seems a bit messy right now.

Katsy,

True, but then I have never such a deal before ever. I am surprised that MWG signed off on it but maybe there were other reasons, I believe GB did previously say they would need to raise cash if they didn't accept the deal? Take over deals are time and value stamped at the time, this open ended option has been a nightmare and led to all kinds of uncertainty in the meantime. I doubt very much if we will ever see the likes of it again?

When most companies get taken over it's usually for more than the prevailing share price. This one will be for less now then on the day it was announced.
