15/10/2020 09:51 | DVRG 28/29 bid/offer MWG 27/30 bid/offer Looks like MM don't want anymore trades on MWG. If you want to buy in, get DVRG instead as it's cheaper. If you want to sell wait for the takeover as you'll get more in DVRG (As of today). In other words MWG has been placed on garden leave. | ![]() katsy

15/10/2020 08:28 | From what I can see everyone is selling both companies? Buyers seem to have just melted away with the prolonged takeover dragging on. | ![]() monkey puzzle
15/10/2020 07:59 | From all of these, it is clear the best option seems to sell your MWG shares and buy deepverge. | ![]() onehanded
15/10/2020 07:39 | Err I've held shares in companies that have been taken over before and they've always been transferred over. | ![]() katsy
15/10/2020 07:21 | If you don't exchange your shares you will be left with worthless pieces of paper in a company that may no long exist or at least your broker will if you have one! | ![]() gbenson1
15/10/2020 07:18 | You'll have shares in an unlisted company. | ![]() eeza

14/10/2020 22:12 | RFCMoore66 the take over will more than likely still happen even if you do nothing, the biggest shareholders are the management and they will vote for it. I doubt there's enough shareholders who will vote against it. If the vote goes through you will get 1 DVRG share for every 10 MWG shares you hold regardless if you vote or not. | ![]() katsy
14/10/2020 19:02 | Good to know and thanks. It will be on HSBC in a week knowing them. | ![]() tickboo

14/10/2020 15:40 | For any other Smart Investor users I spoke to Barclays and they pointed me to the Corporate Actions tab within their online banking web page...MWG DV offer does not appear at the moment but should be there in the next day or so. It is not possible to accept via mobile Smart Investor only via online banking. Hope this helps | morrie1234
14/10/2020 12:29 | Pretty important for holders who want this to go through call whoever holds their shares and tell them you want your MWG transferred to DVRG. | ![]() tickboo
