22/9/2020 11:27 | Having just read Gerard's post on the Skin BB, it would appear he's going to honour the 10 for 1 offer, from a business point of view it could have been costly for Skin if their Sp had risen to 60p, however if my abacus is working properly 100 MWG shares would be worth circa 420 fair english pounds or 127.333... groats! | gbenson1
22/9/2020 11:21 | My crystal ball is on the blink so I cannot see once the deal goes through and we are DeepVerge where the market makers will be sitting. Apologies. | tickboo
22/9/2020 11:17 | But what value if skin keeps rising when the deal date hits my mwg convert to skin DVRG. I am holding. | monkey puzzle
22/9/2020 11:16 | Nothing - there just bits of paper Monkey. | gbenson1
22/9/2020 11:15 | MP you will get 100 skin shares Post consolidation. | katsy
22/9/2020 11:13 | Oh dear me, as I recently predicted Bob Morton (Hawk) sold another 2.5m shares @ 3.80p, when you know Bob as long as I've done you can read him like a book! | gbenson1
22/9/2020 11:11 | Right make it simple then if I hold 1000 shares in mwg what will they be worth as skin DVRG shares? | monkey puzzle
22/9/2020 11:05 | Your right there eeza! It would be nice if Gerard sticks to his 1 for 10 given the current Skin Sp! | gbenson1
22/9/2020 11:02 | Yeah some do not seem to get it even now. | tickboo
22/9/2020 11:01 | It is irrelevant as there will be the same number of total shares regardless of the 'price'. The dilution is still the same which is the important bit but yes in theory the SKIN share price increases so does the offer 'price'. I find it meaningless as I will hold the same number of shares in the new entity and I hold both SKIN and MWG. | tickboo
22/9/2020 11:00 | Some people should not be allowed to trade on the Stock market. | eeza
22/9/2020 11:00 | The deal said 1 for 1, it did not say anything about any pro-rata rate if SKIN's price went higher than the equivalent of 40p. | monkey puzzle
22/9/2020 10:57 | Surely it does if SKIN shares were trading at say 60p on the day the deal closes then MWG holders would be swapping their shares to SKIN (DVRG) stock and be valued at the higher 60p price? | monkey puzzle
22/9/2020 10:57 | Don't be daft eeza, for hypothetical reasons say Skin jump to 81.10p per share before the offer that would mean their then paying £42m instead of £21m for MWG, the rate of exchange will be in the offer document and may we'll be 10 for 1 with the consolidation of Skin shares?? | gbenson1
22/9/2020 10:57 | When will take over by skin be completed? | janet88
22/9/2020 10:54 | Exactly. It is 1 for 1 so the share prices mean little. | tickboo
22/9/2020 10:54 | From the horse's mouth. SKIN gjbrandon22 Sep '20 - 11:49 - 12285 of 12285 0 0 0 To clear the confusion. MWG forms a core element to the SKIN strategy going forward. The share price on any day is not the way the deal was constructed. It was a negotiation over 3 months, resulting in a 1 for 1 share at the time (consolidation followed) and share price was considered on a 90 day VWAP (Volume Weighted Average Price) over that period. The reason the shares were not suspended was because it was a share for share. It just so happened that on the publication of the 2.7 Announcement, the share prices was what it was. Note: "It just so happened that on the publication of the 2.7 Announcement, the share prices was what it was." | eeza
22/9/2020 10:49 | There was no offer of 4.05p. It just happened to be the SKIN share price at the time. It could have been any price. The offer is 1 share in SKIN for 1 share of MWG. | eeza
22/9/2020 10:39 | I guess the thing is Catchingmice, the 4.05p offer was just a line in the sand, if Skin goes much higher they could say we'll receive 0.9 of a Skin share for every MWG share, the offer document is going out no later them cop Thu after their AGM so we'll find out soon enough! | gbenson1
22/9/2020 10:29 | Going soon 4p now on the ask | catchingmice
22/9/2020 10:27 | Very surprised we haven't shot through the 4p range yetSkin is gliding along and we are sort of shuffling along but at a very slow paceSurely 4p is gonna get taken out pretty soon is it not ? | catchingmice
22/9/2020 10:07 | MM's hve ran out | empoggio
22/9/2020 08:35 | Plenty of steady buying this morning expecting a tick up in the Sp. At Skin takeover price each MWG should be currently 4.20p | gbenson1
22/9/2020 07:26 | True, GB has indeed given them a new direction and brought them under his wing at the right time. | monkey puzzle |
