30/8/2020 16:57 | Ticboo..I saw your earlier post and noticed you said 100p. Almost fell of my seat! Then realised of course about the consolidation price in your latest post. I think 200p+ before year end. There is going to be big news coming..just depends how big and how quickly can move.IMHO 😃 | george23666
30/8/2020 16:46 | Thanks brucie5 and tickboo, much appreciated | jerboa92
30/8/2020 16:31 | Bought shares before researching, wow.I hold a decent number so see upside. The tie up with SKIN makes perfect sense and I expect the new co to be nearer to 100p than 50p (post consolidation). | tickboo
30/8/2020 16:19 | Highly likely. Suggest you DYOR. | brucie5
30/8/2020 15:56 | Hi, I am new to this message board, I bought some MWG shares on Friday at 3.49, please could someone advise if this is going to be a good longer term investment, thanks | jerboa92
30/8/2020 12:54 | The combined entity will be known as Deep Verge (DVRG). | flashheart
30/8/2020 12:43 | Assuming the acquisition goes through I imagine the new group will be of interest to many fund managers. I can genuinely see us getting to 100p come YE so £150m market cap. Assuming the teal-time monitor isn't ready before YE I imagine the circa 3,000 Microtox units will be retrofitted and they'll be struggling to keep up with demand for new business. I suspect we'll hear of OEM deals once the prototype has been tested and finalised. Remember there is a lot more to MWG and SKIN than real-time monitoring.https://m | tickboo
28/8/2020 15:51 | Edited - Raised a query which I resolved by rereading RNS. | cottoner
28/8/2020 15:42 | He's angry because the share price was historically much higher than this, can only think he lost a lot of money here along the way. Hopefully he made some of it back. | monkey puzzle
28/8/2020 15:37 | nice one slice, thanks for proving that these weren't 'free' shares but earned and not even sold. You're decrying the exact people that are starting to rebuild the business?? | argylerich
28/8/2020 15:33 | Ha, sorry Meant 100p! | tickboo
28/8/2020 15:14 | tickboo - I hope the new SKIN shares are worth far more than 10p at YE with a 10:1 consolidation. | filthypoor
28/8/2020 15:11 | The price was walked down by an incompetent board who destroyed the business. This business was always worth between 10 and 20m | slicethepie
28/8/2020 15:09 | Under the terms of Dr Nigel Burton's service contract with Modern Water, he is entitled to receive his salary of GBP30,000 per annum for the two years from 20 February 2020 in Modern Water Shares at an issue price of 0.5 pence per Modern Water Share. Upon a change of control, these amounts fall due to be settled, to the extent not already settled, by the issue of 12,000,000 Modern Water Shares at an issue price of 0.5 pence per Modern Water Share.Under the terms of Gerard Brandon's service contract with Modern Water, he is entitled to receive his salary of GBP50,000 per annum for the two years from 4 March 2020 in Modern Water Shares at an issue price of 0.5 pence per Modern Water Share. Upon a change of control, these amounts fall due to be settled, to the extend not already settled, by the issue of 20,000,000 Modern Water Shares at an issue price of 0.5 pence per Modern Water Share. | slicethepie
28/8/2020 15:08 | Stitched up?! They really were looking glum when the share price was sub 0.5p and although 4.05p doesn't seem amazing given where the share price has been the synergies are superb and it genuinely wouldn't surprise me if the new SKIN shares are 10p come YE. Real-time monitoring and other revenue streams will be massive. A great deal for both PLCs. A busy couple of months ahead and both now fully funded with warrants and a £3m loan facility. MWG may well have needed to raise to continue growth. Onwards and upwards. | tickboo
28/8/2020 14:54 | Slice, don't know where on earth you get that from, 'free' shares? Those were the shares they subscribed for at the placing in MWG pre-covid. | argylerich
28/8/2020 14:51 | Brandon and Burton get 20m and 10m free shares on completion of this deal wow. Poor old Simon humph appears to get nothing so not only the old shareholders of mwg that were stitched up ! | slicethepie
28/8/2020 13:17 | bear in mind that as a one for one offer the share price is largely irrelevant and that also means there is not a lid on the upper price this could reach - if it was fixed to 4p we wouldn't see any rise above that, but now it could also reach 6, 10, whatever and we would get one new (replecement) share for everyone we hols | global nomad
28/8/2020 12:32 | Yup, definitely happy. Wasn't sure if the merger would happen because they may of preferred to leave the companies separate to protect them from a takeover. Either way I like the way they are setting the new company for a long term future whether someone comes in for it or not. The next month is going to somewhat exciting and we should start to get a picture of real values by christmas :-) | argylerich
28/8/2020 11:32 | Argyle Yes, that's what I took from podcast and recent tweets. Happy with today's news? | paulcon1
28/8/2020 11:15 | Above man hole real time testing to be announced in September, phase 2 | katsy
28/8/2020 11:11 | @Brucie5 yes, reading between the lines and everything else that's previously been announced, I'd be hoping to see the formal phase one announcement/prototy | argylerich
