28/8/2020 11:01 | Eeza, Thanks so we don't know what the final figure will be until the deal closes then? Could be 40% or any other number subject to SKIN's share price at the time the deal closes? | monkey puzzle
28/8/2020 11:00 | ...exactly Eeza | marvelman
28/8/2020 10:59 | MP Look at it like this: If you sold your MWG shares now for 3.30p, the 'premium would be the difference between what they were worth at Close yesterday and the value you would receive for your sale. The'premium' due to MWG s/hlders will fluctuate with the SKIN Sp, because the offer is 1 for 1. The 40% mentioned was at the prevailing SKIN share price of 4.05p. The premium is less now because the SKIN share price has declined to 3.50p. If the SKIN share price goes back to 4.05p the 'premium' will rise once again to 40%. | eeza
28/8/2020 10:55 | Is that from today, July 30th? -------------------- ArgyleRich28 Aug '20 - 11:49 - 3664 of 3666 0 0 0 great new interview on proactive. Looking forward to the 2 phase tech revelations :-) | brucie5
28/8/2020 10:53 | Its currently a 20% premium on yesterdays closing price and is surely likely to increase again from here. | marvelman
28/8/2020 10:49 | great new interview on proactive. Looking forward to the 2 phase tech revelations :-) | argylerich
28/8/2020 10:46 | I don't get how the deal will work in reality if it's not simple 1 MWG for 1 SKIN share...how are they going to make that work and still give MWG shareholders a 44% premium to 2.8p a share? | monkey puzzle
28/8/2020 10:44 | While the shenanigans continue through the arbitrage procedures the point is being missed regarding the value of this deal to both companies. When the combined entity is floated with a capitalisation of less than £60 million (at the current SP) the value will become all too obvious. The market value of the two companies is actually less than it was a few weeks ago. Certainly an opportunity staring some investors in the face. | marvelman
28/8/2020 10:42 | sorry please explain? | monkey puzzle
28/8/2020 10:41 | The 'premium' to MWG s/hlders will be the difference between the share price of MWG at the time the offer was made, and the share price of SKIN when the deal completes. | eeza
28/8/2020 10:34 | So the "40% premium" mentioned in the offer is irrelevant to MWG shareholders then, now we know that it makes it simpler to understand that the deal will go through as 1 for 1 share swap with SKIN irrelevant of the actual prices of each company, nothing more nothing less. | monkey puzzle
28/8/2020 10:23 | Once aligned, they can both creep up together. | empoggio
28/8/2020 10:14 | The share prices should be aligned given it is 1 share for 1. A great deal for both PLCs. I was somewhat short sited to not see this coming. Great synergies and makes absolute sense. | tickboo
28/8/2020 10:10 | Skin Bid / Mwg Offer now aligned | katsy
28/8/2020 10:04 | If SKIN share price falls to too much a discount, then the deal will just not be approved by the shareholders. np. | empoggio
28/8/2020 10:03 | So if SKIN drops to near zero they get it for free, don't think so! | dalep716
28/8/2020 09:53 | I note there is a separate deal being done for the 70m broker warrants that Turner pope managed to extract as part of the fund raising. The fca should ban these disgusting practices. | slicethepie
28/8/2020 09:52 | The 4.05p was the share price of SKIN at the time. The offer value to MWG will fluctuate with the SKIN share price | eeza
28/8/2020 09:43 | Has MWG got some baggage left over, Is there a seller holding this down? | katsy
28/8/2020 09:41 | I sold my 10k MWG and put it all into my SKIN holding day before yesterday. 😪😪 Regretted it as knew something could happen, so... Yesterday I sold out three shares amounting to 6K and bought back into MWG 🙂🙂 I'm now level pegging as 70% SKIN and 30% MWG | george23666
28/8/2020 09:35 | Ha ha just my luck. I've got a lot more Integumen than MWG, so my portfolio is actually taking a bit of a battering right now. BUT I'm not too concerned, because, like most others here, I think we are sitting on game changing technology. Also, just thought: When Integumen make the Re-agent, they'll only be putting money into their own coffers instead of splitting it 40/60 😊 As some advert says, Every little helps. John | 2350220
28/8/2020 09:34 | For every one mwg share you get 1 skin share. Price irrelevant. | katsy
28/8/2020 09:27 | If SKIN keeps dropping to say 3p then how does the 4p offer stand with MWG? Or does the one for one deal still stand meaning there's no premium in the deal for MWG shareholders? | monkey puzzle
28/8/2020 09:26 | This one for one is confusing, it shouldn't be but is because the current share prices don't make any sense now. | monkey puzzle
28/8/2020 09:21 | MWG are cheaper... | filthypoor |
