The notional value the day of the deal was 4.05p valuing MWG at circa £21m, would you be happy receiving 1 Skin share @ 3-3.5p!! At 3.5p the deal values MWG @ £18.4m which is robbery. I know people say these will be a good fit, share technology, good for each other, however the offer price is way off. If MWG go alone they'll be worth £30m in 6-8 weeks anyway. imho.

"Normally if a share stays well below the offer price".

How can it be below the offer price.

It is 1 share for 1 share.

Think the SKIN consolidation tomorrow is a formality, we'll see what happens to both Sps later this week.

SKIN bid and MWG offer have generally been in sync the past week. No reason why this won't go ahead.

Normally if a share stays well below the offer price, Mr Market thinks the deal won't go through @ the offer price, omhi.

I just wish this would break out at some point Someone said 3.45 was the trigger but it's got to hold at that point or smash through it ?

Can I suggest that Gerry has a word with Dame Sally Davies, former HMG chief health officer and and current master of Trinity College Cambridge...
She was on BBC R4 this morning, and among other things mentioned the possibility to advance virus detection in sewage.
Trinity are now launching this:

There's enough opportunity for a number of players. Not a problem having ttg in the market in fact it increases awareness and business for all parties.

GB tweeting this. It's already on the SKIN bb.

Makes sense for the new entity to be part of any *Moonshot* solution, where pooled monitoring via MWG's devices complements individual testing.
And with of course, SKIN's AI facility, giving instant readouts.

Internationally.

Strange how we seem to have gone onto Radio silence after so much traffic in the last few months. Eerie!

I am pretty sure there was a tweet from GB a couple of weeks with regards to the Sunup deal in S.Korea and he stated that the detection unit was a sideshow to where the real value in MWG going forward is. I may have that completely wrong. Maybe someone can find the tweet.

Circa £21m looks very cheap to me, that said MWG have been floundering for a while.

There has been some discussion about the Membrane Division and its future, I originally invested for the Desalination Technology, GB has suggested that it is not the priority (at all) so it could be sold..

I would assume it would come down to a business decision, pure and simple, a nice position to be in.

Once the merger goes through the new combined business model should become clearer and at that time investors(old and new) will have a choice to make.

GL and IMHO
