08/9/2020 08:33 | Oops, they were cheaper! | tickboo
08/9/2020 08:32 | Let's agree to disagree but I dread to think where MWG would be without new direction. Also, if it doesn't go through I suspect a cash call won't be too far away but who knows as they've reduced costs.Anyway, I'm confident it will go through as they know the large holders who back GB et al. If I was looking to accumulate I'd buy MWG rather than SKIN as cheaper! | tickboo
08/9/2020 08:24 | The Sp offer price may be inconsequential to you tickboo, but what about the shareholders who have bought/held long term and remember the Sp @ 11p, I'm fortunate to have increased my holding with a large batch @ 1p, the offer price is critical and is way too cheap. With SKIN Sp @ £1 in 7-8 weeks it's only 12p in MWG money. I guess we'll just have to disagree, MWG has an amazing future as a stand alone company, and SKIN want them on the cheap!! | gbenson1
08/9/2020 08:10 | IMO and being a MWG holder the value whether 3p or 4p when they deal goes through is inconsequential. The new group will have massive potential and much more than a stand-alone MWG. I would think come end of Oct the share price will be nearer to 100p than 50p. Real-time monitoring will be transformational and we'll beyond Covid. | tickboo
08/9/2020 08:06 | I agree with most of your reasoning, however the offer is way to cheap and as I understand MWG shareholders only get 1 Skin share and no cash? If the Skin consolidation goes ahead I believe their Sp will fall below 32.5p + or - , so therefore MWG won't even be getting 4p a share in real terms!! | gbenson1
08/9/2020 07:55 | I believe you're missing my point.Okay so MWG might be 5p in 6 months and SKIN 10p. Both PLCs look undervalued and I'd argue SKIN even more so. The MWG and its BoD and need to look after their shareholders and think it a good deal. I hold more MWG than SKIN and am happy with the deal. They've worked closely for 6 months or so and the synergies are obvious and seemingly stronger together. If the real-time solution works for COVID and other pathogens/contaminan | tickboo
08/9/2020 07:46 | BUY skin shares then is the key. SKIN always had diverse revenue stream and is he better long term share, HERE was for the big rise in share price in % terms but not now. | onehanded
08/9/2020 07:43 | I'm not questioning Gerald's acumen, but the fact that the offer price is too cheap, if the offer didn't go ahead MWG Sp would be 5p+ in 3-6 months anyway. Gerard is doing what's best for SKIN shareholders. | gbenson1
08/9/2020 07:36 | I disagree. MWG was on its knees when GB got on board and now look. he also turned SKIN around from £500k 2018, £1m 2019 and £2m booked in Q1 with £4m forecast 2020. With the AI SKIN looks undervalued so a 1 for 1 share in the new group seems about right for both sets of holders. It would be crazy IMO for MWG to vote against. Shooting themselves in the foot which is why the BoD are recommending it. Shareholder value to be created for all. | tickboo
08/9/2020 06:09 | Think the offer of 1 for 1 is a cheeky low offer, Gerald knows the potential of MWG going forward, the offer price should be in the region of 9-10p. I suppose you accept the offer and then buy more Skin, or i wouldn't be surprised if NWL or some other water company comes calling!! The only thing is the dateline is so tight do get the deal done before people realise we've been robbed. Just my opinion. | gbenson1
04/9/2020 18:11 | MWG pegged to SKIN and SKIN warrants exercised so MM's make a mark up by huge 20% volatility on both simples | riddlerone

03/9/2020 18:11 | I also own both and have been trading both. If the gap gets wide/narrow it makes it easy to trade as it's a one for one. | wilsonst1
03/9/2020 18:03 | well like loads on here i hold both, and i am a bit confused by it all! suppose i'll just hang on in here till its done and signed off. although i'll be keeping an eye on the shenanigans with the daily heart attack movements of the prices! | abbynat
03/9/2020 16:41 | The option to buy MWG at a lower price is just in case the bid doesn't go through. | wilsonst1
03/9/2020 16:12 | It is absolutely crazy that SKIN should go up reasonably beyond MWG at this point. One s inviting people to buy MWG so as to get SKIN at a substantial discount to the market. | empoggio
03/9/2020 08:53 | People were prepared to pay > 4.00p for SKIN only a week ago, and they are now lingering at 3.0 even though the joint group will bring in substantial baseline savings. There is no logic. | empoggio

02/9/2020 23:28 | The LAW OF SYNERGY EQUATES TO 2 + 2 = 5, Now that there seems to be a levelling out, on a natural progresión we should have, 3 + 3 = 7.5, which would mean 3.725p as a valid share price for either, and that without any news. | empoggio
02/9/2020 18:05 | Only if you're thinking short term. | argylerich
02/9/2020 16:41 | Bit daft to crash the share price in the process. | lukehold |
