02/9/2020 16:24 | Turner Pope probably want the cash from selling their warrants in SKIN in order to pay for their other 70m odd warrants in MWG. Not sure what would happen if the warrants weren't claimed before the deal, likely they'd simply expire? | argylerich
02/9/2020 16:22 | Yes, apologies katsy, it was Monkey who mentioned Helium. However, you can only sell the shares once, and they are now in new hands. | eeza
02/9/2020 16:11 | Any warrant holders selling from either 1.4p or 2p for very decent profit makes sense. I do not see that as an issue. Helium had too much of their portfolio in a couple of PLCs so understandably sold to balance their books as it were. One imagines the IIs have faith in GB and his team and will be voting this through. Time will tell. | tickboo
02/9/2020 16:02 | I never said Helium were sellers | katsy
02/9/2020 15:20 | Nice buying opportunity, picked up a fair few more, cheers | the yard
02/9/2020 13:34 | Insti's obviously don't like the deal, as it stands, and are selling off both. | eeza
02/9/2020 13:24 | Seems a race to the bottom, MM playing each off each other | katsy
02/9/2020 13:21 | Under 3p, this 1 for 1 takeover deal looks to be heading for the rocks? | monkey puzzle
01/9/2020 11:58 | I think when they went from 150m shares to 500m shares many SKIN holders bought MWG due to faith in Gerry and team as well as MWG's tech. I assume the vast majority will want it to happen so I see little risk in the deal not being approved. | tickboo
01/9/2020 11:51 | Last info was that MWG had just £200k in the bank and a pretty hefty Admin. They need SKIN for sure. | marvelman
01/9/2020 11:45 | MWG is reliant on SKIN so they'd be shooting themselves in the foot if they did. SKIN has far too much leverage/ influence in that respect. | flashheart
01/9/2020 11:43 | looks like given todays prices the takeover will be equivalent to c£18.63m. If SKIN share price falls further maybe MWG shareholders will vote against the takeover. | katsy
01/9/2020 08:51 | Thanks much appreciated...will hold on to the MWG shares then. Not exactly straightforward how it has been presented | morrie1234
01/9/2020 06:57 | I worry for some people in the investment field who can't read a straightforward RNS. | flashheart
01/9/2020 06:14 | The 10:1 is for the share rebase. 3.5p will become 35p. Otherwise, each MWG share receives same face value as each SKIN share. | brucie5
31/8/2020 23:33 | What you people on about? Can't you read the document? 1 for 1 pre consolidation. | empoggio
31/8/2020 22:54 | One skin for ten MWG | morrie1234
31/8/2020 22:54 | I thought one for ten? | morrie1234
31/8/2020 21:20 | MWG Sp should be pegged to skin share price as it's one SKIN share for every MWG share. | katsy
31/8/2020 20:24 | Thinking about selling half my MWG and buying SKIN on the dip...get the SKIN shards that way rather than risking the MWG drop... | morrie1234
31/8/2020 18:15 | Kaka These rumours have been on the SKIN boards for a while, according to GB news may land this week but definitely by end of September. There has been talk of a breathalyser type test with real time results. IMHO and DYOR | paulcon1
31/8/2020 09:59 | BIG NEWS Rumours of small Microtox NS solution in development for community testing real time results based on breath droplets | kaka47 |
