Loss per share looks much improved. But then there's lots more shares ;0)

Even without those extra shares the losses have narrowed though.

Looks to still be some way to sustainable profitability.

But they have it all to play for.

On 3 Sept I posted:

The LAW OF SYNERGY EQUATES TO 2 + 2 = 5,
Now that there seems to be a levelling out, on a natural progresión we should have,
3 + 3 = 7.5, which would mean 3.725p as a valid share price for either, and that without any news.

Being as the LAW is being satisfied, anything beyond in share price must be a new variable, which must come from a leak or pending news.

To point out the very obvious, this is a truly impressive chart. Obviously we don't know what lies behind this, except that the combined entities of SKIN and MWG may well have something major lined up around their COVID detection systems. I can see 8-10p as the natural extent of this bowl, just on the two year view.

Slow burner..? Anyone who bought in April would disagree with you there. Was hovering around 2p as recently as a few short weeks ago so massive step up in a short time frame. Appreciate if you're a longer term holder the picture might not be so rosy.

Such a slow burner MWGI think it will only move significantly on good news and not from a charting perspective4p would be good for starters but if we get good news then certainly a bagger in sight from where we are now 8p minimum is what i want

There you go again, I didn't actually say Skin would go down to 2p, I'm an unusual beast in this market a long term holder of MWG, I won't sell but that may be out of my hands shortly, Don't get me wrong Gerard is a breath of fresh air after the dinosaurs running the Co. MWG with Gerard future it bright and Skin @4.05p or even 3.55p lol, are getting it on the cheap.

What I will get is 1 share in the enlarged entity of MWG + SKIN.

I am happy with that, you may not be. That's what makes a market.

If you think SKIN is going down to 2.00p, then you should surely sell your MWG now at 3.50p+ and then decide whether to rebuy the new entity at a lower price.

You can try semantics, however would you be happy hypothetically if Skin were 2p on the day the offer goes through valuing MWG @ circa £10.5m or even 4p, there still get MWG on the cheap. It's in Skin and Gerard's best interests to keep the Sp low.

There was no offer price.
The 4.05p mentioned was the share price of SKIN 'at that time'.
If SKIN's share price had been 3.50p at the time then 3.50p would have been mentioned. The 'offer price' was indicative.
The offer is 1 share in MWG for 1 share in SKIN. The price will be the share price of SKIN at the time the deal is concluded.
