Dc That is a hell of a call I hope you are correct.
Personally I think Waterloo is more likely to be correct. As deals are announced for sales of parts of the site we will see a cumulative build up in the share price.

I should add that I see us going from 2p to 6p overnight.

Evening all, last couple of million at 6p will do me nicely, I’ve got some in between that will go from 2p upwards.
Hope I’m not being too honest but that’s the way it is.

Yes Nobby well done I hope it happens for you as it will happen for me but less spectacularly.

So that would be six fold up from where we are now. For us Johnny come latelys (relatively speaking😜) with averages not far from the current price, that would be a spectacular result

Yes it is interesting that several posters believe that 6 months is not an unrealistic timetable to get from here to say 7

As soon as the market gets a whiff of monetarising the asset the journey begins.
Having been for 8 years I think it is,6 months sounds very attractive.

I would hope we'll be much closer or even beyond the book value in 6 months, but depends how the next months play out. As suggested I think it will be incremental on each bit of news, unless someone makes a cheeky bid. (not suggesting it)

It should mean different exit and entry points as the price rises.

Edit: I've said before I think we'll be in a very different situation long before the loan comes up again end April, so 1st Q ?

2-3 months in this case because I presume deals will start appearing by then. You have to assume any acquirer would want to get in and do it their own way ahead of deals

Nobby what do you think of as short and medium term time in months ?

Atlantic I did say in 6 months time.

So to that end would most people here accept say 5p in the short to medium term as a takeout price? Other takeout prices are available......

atlantic57 fair point. I suspect at each step forward the value becomes accretive and will be clearer once deals start being done, but it's not impossible for a larger group to just absorb.

Edit: That will also give holders different exit points, as hopefully the share price rises as more pieces of the jigsaw fall into place

I assume That all of these price targets are over a period of time.It would be fantastic if someone offered a take out price for the whole project in one hit but I suspect that is unrealistic.

Hope it is worth a good few pints, yes.

I'm sure PJ will appear and remind us of the past. Fair enough really, as we'd already be near the book value on the current prospects than £6m market cap, if things had been smooth sailing. (Hay I've done it for him, saved him the trouble!)

Anyhow, I think the risk/reward now in MIN is seriously balance on the reward side of the balance. I can see a much clearer path to actually getting 'partners' on board and The project started

Fair enough so probably just below 1%🙄....

Including the new shares, the fully diluted share capital is about 680 mn. Personally, I'd put an upper limit of 10p per share on the realised value to MIN.

I should say that I now have comfortably over 6 million so above 1%....

IF everything falls into place (which invariably it won't)somewhere between the £45m book value and £100m (7.5 - 16.6p)

If we put our optimistic hats on but realistic, what figure do you all think we could see, in say 6 months time.

Thoughts ?

Quite right Finster 😂

Until we start seeing what interest CE has we can only speculate around that valuation but it could turn out to be at the low end. Prime areas like that can only become more attractive and valuable not less.

More like 7.5p by my maths on the current number of shares in issue (around 600 million)

So would I. It would work out around 10p

I think most of us would more than happily settle for the £45m audited asset value waterloo. I certainly would.
