03/12/2021 08:50 | 2022 tourism to face ‘biggest demand in 20 years’ Next year will be an “explosive one” for tourism, according to Eurobank’s alternate chef executive Konstantinos Vassiliou, who estimates that demand will be the greatest in the last 20 years. In that context, Eurobank on Tuesday announced a new 750-million-euro funding package for tourism in the next couple of years, which along with the previous package announced in May 2020 brings the total value of the lender’s financing of the sector to €1.5 billion within four years, Vassiliou added. The new program offers €275 million for hotel construction and expansion, | wi1l
03/12/2021 08:48 | --->CLOCKTOWER Not 500k you can't. How many you going for? 50k? 100k? TC! | the count
03/12/2021 08:47 | I can buy online at 1.175p now surprisingly. | clocktower
03/12/2021 08:46 | --->ALL Phoned up and got the RSP pricing, or what I call the real pricing. SCAP are offering 500k @ 1.34p, and WINS offering same for 1.345p. Bidding for 500k @ 1.088p and for 750k @ 1.072p. Current touch as I type this is 1p - 1.2p. So looking pretty juicy for now. Regards, TC! | the count
03/12/2021 08:41 | Yes, I think there is now a real belief that a deal will be done. | rafboy
03/12/2021 08:39 | Crikey, good start today! | wi1l
03/12/2021 08:30 | Looks like we are going to need to tempt a few sellers to move forward, next week could be great fun, I’m also sitting in on my highest Minoan total ever. DC | daicaprice
03/12/2021 08:12 | Two early buys one at the full offer. Now there is no online quote for 50k; the max quote I can get is for 30k at the full 1.1! | nobbygnome
03/12/2021 07:51 | I doubt that very much too Tim000 , they are all shareholders of Min with the future prospects and potential of the project soon to be realised. More like one of those whose liability was settled in shares seeing an opportunity to recoup what was owed, whilst there is plenty of buying interest. | wi1l
03/12/2021 07:22 | Highly unlikely any of DAGG will e selling anything. The law has now been published in the Gazette. Hopefully we'll hear more either later or Monday Law 4864 Published in Government Gazette 237 - 02.12.2021 on 02.12.2021 INVESTMENT STRATEGIES AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE INVESTMENT ENVIRONMENT THROUGH THE ACCELERATION PROCEDURES IN PRIVATE AND STRATEGIC INVESTMENTS, GENERATION FRAMEWORK FOR COMPANIES TECHNOV | waterloo01
03/12/2021 07:02 | I wonder if DAGG are selling some of their newly acquired shares? There did seem to be a single large seller in the market. Late on I decided to take advantage of the cheap shares on offer and increased my holding to exactly 7 million. Might see a similar pattern today. | tim000
02/12/2021 17:43 | Can’t believe I missed the RNS yesterday - great research in advance of that guys 👍🏼 Interested to see the next update and here’s to some positive progress in 2022 GL All 😄 | finster007
02/12/2021 15:38 | clocktower they pay a lot of creditors in shares. | atlantic57
02/12/2021 15:36 | Clocktower, do you hold and if so why do you talk down your investment? I suggest we wait and see what the next RNS says once the dev law has been gazetted. Whichever way you cut it we have a vastly undervalued asset at a time when the Greek government are actively supporting holiday development. | rafboy
02/12/2021 15:30 | How long would it take to get all the legals done let alone get the cash that would pay the companies own lawyers to draw up these contracts atlantic57. | clocktower
02/12/2021 13:11 | Surely the first deal will provide them with some cash. | atlantic57
02/12/2021 12:56 | Its also a good time for getting burnt if they raise a lot more funds at 1p if you pay much more than that. | clocktower
02/12/2021 12:00 | Indeed Tim, now is your best chance of doubling or trebling your stake if it all goes to plan. | rafboy
02/12/2021 11:55 | The positive news we’re waiting for is a sale of at least some of the project, which might not be very long away now. The company has said it’s been in discussions regarding a sale for a long time. The passing of the new development law is surely the trigger for a deal now to go ahead. Once that is announced, obviously it will be too late for people to jump on board. You either buy now (or soon) or you won’t share in the gains. | tim000
02/12/2021 11:15 | Good luck everyone but I think it will be a bit of a two way street above 1p - 1.1p. Unless there is more positive news. | clocktower
02/12/2021 11:08 | I was making the same point yesterday Tim. New dev law and other conditions now all falling in place for a good 2022 for the companies shareholders. The volume is up on yesterday which is another good sign. Yesterday's news being taken on board by more investors. | boliviana

02/12/2021 10:27 | I've also bought a few more in the last few days, so back just over 1% of the company. Reminder that the audited NAV of the business is ca £42 mn, compared with the current mkt value of ca £7 mn, ie NAV is 6x that of the current mkt value! The April 2021 Interims classified the project as Inventory, a current asset, implying that the asset was expected to be monetised within the next 12 months. The renegotiated loan just announced also has a maturity date of end-April 2022. | tim000
02/12/2021 10:25 | Went 1.05 bid briefly but at least the offer has moved now | nobbygnome
02/12/2021 10:25 | Looks good | aimdetective |
