Quite right Finster 😂

Until we start seeing what interest CE has we can only speculate around that valuation but it could turn out to be at the low end. Prime areas like that can only become more attractive and valuable not less.

I think most of us would more than happily settle for the £45m audited asset value waterloo. I certainly would.

If there were some matching type EU financing, it will, like the dev law, be transformational in attracting quality partners/hotel groups etc.

I suspect it's at that stage funds might be available, probably at the project level, if that makes sense.

FWIW, and it would take everything falling into place, but I know some investors have a valuation of $100m +on The Project,. Trading at £6m odd, even I don't see those sorts of numbers, however the return on investment of the whole site developed is a great deal North of that.

That would be great and may even help shareholders with a little extra.

This might have got lost last week. As I understand it the project could well attract some EU funds. Now that would be handy!

Next year will be an “explosive one for tourism, according to Eurobank’s alternate chef executive Konstantinos Vassiliou, who estimates that demand will be the greatest in the last 20 years.

In that context, Eurobank on Tuesday announced a new 750-million-euro funding package for tourism in the next couple of years, which along with the previous package announced in May 2020 brings the total value of the lender’s financing of the sector to €1.5 billion within four years, Vassiliou added.

The new program offers
€275 million for hotel construction and expansion,
€225 million for hotel upgrades and
€250 million for acquisitions and for the refinancing of previous loans.

Much better week which I hope is followed by an even better one next week and beyond. Next up, detail on dev law. I think the 'market' will take notice of that and should help us move higher. I don't think having the mechanism to extend the lease to 99yrs has been understood as yet.

A corner has been turned IMO.

Take out the (most probable)bed & Isa of 384,312 shares and the sales were only 585K with the buys three times that at 1.76M.

With the normal seller having a day off I would hazard a guess or has he/she finished??

News of the new development law and its implications for the company together with an update on the project will go down very well in the present climate and if the seller has finished.....................

I understand they are going through the bill and pulling out some highlights, including the change in the lease law. Together the analysis should confirm why this is such good news for MIN and the project.

Hopefully Monday/Tuesday.

wi1L -Talking Hotels and Holidays - with the Turkish lira as low as it is - Brits will be booking in droves rather than go to high priced euro destinations, as soon as travel becomes easier again.

It's good news re the bill and satisfactory re the loan. I don't think DAGG will sell their new shares, at least not immediately, but the fact they've allowed six months makes me think any confirmation of partners isn't imminent. The 15 million new shares isn't as many as I might have expected, which also indicates DAGG are supportive. This will no doubt cause some ridicule of me, but the placement of the comma was classic CE. Whether the 'next few days' refers to the law, and/or another update, is (deliberately, I imagine!), ambiguous....My money is firmly on the law!

I just checked for an electronic quote.

CLOCKTOWER can only buy 50k inside the touch price.

Just over 500 quids worth.

Hardly worth the effort.

I presume he is not one of the bulls of this stock?

LOL!
