Bizarrely it's 1.34 to buy 50k but 1.2898 to buy 100k. Just a warning not to get caught out.....

We've had a nice shift up nothing wrong with a day or two consolidation, all eyes on the next RNS which shouldn't be very far away.

Better that it slip back so sellers can buy what they sold at higher levels for the next bounce and before any possible rise. It seems to have lost its legs, which I thought it may have for another day.

It needs the liquidity of traders.

I understand they will likely qualify for EU loans, either through Loyalward Hellas or via a partner (as and when).

But they still have a Greek subsidiary Loyalward Hellas (unless I'm mistaken).

Doubt non EU companies investing in Greece will be eligible for EU funding, sadly.

EY: Recovery Funding to Advance Greece Investor Activity

Dozens of projects are up for EU funding approval establishing Greece as key investor destination, according to Deputy Development & Investments Minister Yannis Tsakiris.

“Greece has become a very attractive investment destination for foreign investors and a unique window of investment and development opportunity has been created which should be utilized to the fullest,” the minister said during an event organized in Athens by the Hellenic Development Bank (HDB) and EY Greece in collaboration with the Hellenic Venture Capital Association (HVCA).

Rising real estate prices provide banks with added bonus

After the long dip seen in real estate market that ran through the 2010s, property prices have been on a steady recovery path as of the end of 2017.

In addition, banks expect a significant increase in financing for both commercial and residential real estate, boosting their loan portfolios and revenues. It is noted that in the wider region of Attica, but also in many other parts of the country, strong construction activity is taking place. There is also a significant indirect impact on banks and the economy at large, as the rise in the real estate market leads to a significant increase in capital flows from rents, which real estate players channel into other investments.

In fact from his chart, his target of 2.4 is not medium term but by the end of December!

A few of Zak’s followers turning up before the bell would be rather nice to end the day.

Have you read any of my other posts on this thread NY Boy?

No, thought not, too much like making an effort.... :)

If there's been a more sceptical MIN shareholder, I'm yet to meet him/her!

Agreed....it's his medium term targets which are very unreliable. I guess you could say that the forecasting of the initial surge is a self fulfilling prophecy if enough people take note.....

Nobby my experience with Zak Mir on a limited number of stocks like open orphan and mhc is that he does get the initial surge correct.

Zak Mir has put a 2.4p price target on MIN in his latest broadcast. Yes I know he has a somewhat checkered record but a lot of people do follow him and his piece will attract attention!

There is no way Mr Gilbert would have taken shares if he felt his loan was at real risk. The next RNS should point the way to a decent deal or deals. MIN are better placed than ever before to succeed IMHO.

I’m very pleased to be a ramper if that’s what someone who believes the time finally is right and shares their thoughts, I’m most certainly still here with my largest holding ever having added again this morning and not sold a single share recently.

That’s right, stay deluded only believe this stock will go one way, some still trapped in from much high levels, believing they will get their money back, the project has been going on for year after year after year, look how much money they have left, surviving on expensive short term loans, good luck, rampers will have exited and left you holding the soggy potato!

Filter the truth, some of us can see through these kinds of stocks and have extensive knowledge where they usually end up. Basically shareholders get more and more diluted each time, the chart from 2017 doesn’t lie.

Yes NY Boy, it was good of the Greek government to go to all the trouble of putting that law together just for the sake of helping a small UK company raise a bit of cash!!!

Clinging onto the past, no idea where you get that from I sold the past at 11p, now it’s a 1/10th of the price and change! Classic AIM stock,,promise jam tomorrow, year after year, seduce shareholders before the dilution.

Clearly this supposed project was so good the Company would have received takeover bids, the story is too small here for the major players. Still good luck, can’t see this one surviving on just on loan after loan.

Obvious to me you have lost touch and are clinging to the past NY Boy. This one has only just started the recovery journey, details of the new development law and the profound effect it will have in the future will be with us all very soon. That is the reason there has been a marked improvement in the recent share price.

NY B - I think they will get news out to drive it before going for a raise, so still a little more upside imo. Then the risk reward increases I guess.
