The word jurisprudence derives from the Latin term juris prudentia, which

means "the study, knowledge, or science of law." In the United States

jurisprudence commonly means the philosophy of law. ... The third type of

jurisprudence seeks to reveal the historical, moral, and cultural basis of a

particular legal concept.

why we must study jurisprudence jurisprudence is basically a theoretical subject.

but it also has practical value one of the practical reason to study jurisprudence

is to understand. the way the judge and jurors think. ... teaches some fundamental

concept like negligence liability means tia etcetera jurisprudence.28 Mar 2016

BB, for many years Scotland left its empire building to Alex Salmond. Given your support of Minerve's posting style, I expect you still think Alex had a great personality for the job.

How can you spend so much time talking about such a tiny insignificant country such as Scotland.
The big trading blocks of Asia, Indian, EU, America are important.

A few % points either way in Scotland does not matter at all.

'There's a danger of losing our tenure on this planet'

Nice to see someone of age using his brains and being driven by quality of thought rather than prejudices and ignorance.

Watch this and listen to what he is saying.

I'm thinking of joining the Breakfast party. They do all sorts of wonderful cereals, including Weetabix, Nigel's favourite.

If no deal on the changes to the Brexit Withdrawal Agreement has been reached with Brussels by Wednesday, as seems overwhelmingly likely, Mrs May will address MPs on progress made...., say more time is needed for negotiations, and table a "neutral motion" for debate the following day.

You know eventually Euro land will cave in and give the Great British nation every thing it wants...
Yer...because, there is no way that the bosses at BMW will alowe British car buyers to pay more for the cars they all want..
They will tell Ms. Merkel to get a deal done at any cost..
