05/2/2019 21:10 | polar...agree with you regards to RBS thread.... I have reason to believe that thread creator is banning posters if you have a differing opinion than his/her... | ![]() diku
05/2/2019 20:55 | Spot on, Peter. Of course, with a FTSE like LLOY, there are only limited occasions to post about relevant news, such as monthly PPI payouts, TVR updates, other RNSs etc. For example, RBS has had a total of only 73 posts so far this year and a good few of those are off-topic garbage posted by Leedskier. While we wait to see how Brexit pans out and the possible effect on this thread's posts, my advice is to use the filter ruthlessly, which you appear to be doing already. | ![]() polar fox
05/2/2019 20:31 | I put all the relevant news on here peterinthemarket . Only news today was on post 245241. All that's going on with Lloyds bank I put on the other Lloyds thread. | jpjohn1
05/2/2019 20:10 | There are some sad souls on here whose only interest is (very successfully) winding up others. Many of us recognize who they are, ignore them, filter them. Some of us also filter anyone that continuously gives the idiots oxygen by responding to their taunts. Two more (grahamite2, robwt) filtered. Almost nothing left for those on here who wish to read about Lloyds. | ![]() petersinthemarket

05/2/2019 18:06 | Need to push the DUP aside. Not get anywhere with that bunch of cretins. | minerve
05/2/2019 18:00 | LBC was speculating that May could ditch the DUP, [in the hope of winning over Con/ Lab MPs with a permanent customs union for NI, I think]. I can't see her doing that, as that might precipitate another vote of "no confidence" by Corbyn. In such hypothetical circumstances the DUP might abstain, instead of shoring up May. | ![]() m4rtinu
05/2/2019 17:00 | Don't let charlatans buy you with stories of philanthropy. Try and be a better person, think outside of the herd, and read more into these things. If you couldn't be bothered, at least don't make comments about applauding these individuals until you can fully analyse his contribution and the hedge-funds' contributions to society more Minerve, can you tell us when you switch into another personna, the medica here can't keep up..LOL Try and be a better person....think outside of the herd...you can fully analyse his contribution. I like the above bits, did you get them from your 'Self-help for Dummies' schools edition. | ![]() robwt
05/2/2019 16:47 | As someone mentioned there will be a significant tax shift somewhere. That will not be his cost on the bottom line, for sure. He will have £900M plus left. Personally, I think universities like Cambridge should have the independence and strength of mind to turn down these contributions from individuals like this. | minerve |
