03/2/2019 21:17 | Nothing can save you Cheshire Pete. Fancing being on your death bed believing you have 'lived' and in reality, because of your ignorance, you haven't really 'lived' at all. Cheshire Pete is a great example folks. A happy but empty man. | minerve
03/2/2019 21:09 | Farage has saved us just in time. | ![]() cheshire pete
03/2/2019 21:07 | We could always turn the plant to making UK liveried plastic dog poop for export to The Commonwealth? Good idea? Yes/No? | minerve
03/2/2019 20:52 | Min, you are missing the point, just for a change. Ford and Landrover's plans were made upwards of ten years ago, long before brexit. Both using tax payers money to move plants. Nissans moves shurley have something to do with the trade agreement, and so was planned long ago. wake up! | ![]() maxk
03/2/2019 20:44 | AZ209 No money from me old boy. You can't do good business with a bad person. Go and find another way to fund your sad little life. ;) Lottery not turning up your numbers? What a shame. LOL | minerve
03/2/2019 20:29 | Shy tot, It is a term getting re-used worldwide at the moment . If you read the Irish news you will see that is is also referenced there . "Little Englander" was a phrase applied to a wing of the Liberal Party opposed to expansion of the British Empire in the 19th century, who wanted "England" to extend no farther than the borders of the United Kingdom. | ![]() bargainbob
03/2/2019 20:27 | AZ, Minerve is totally deranged. | shy tott
03/2/2019 20:21 | Bargainbob - why do you frequently use the term 'little Englanders'? Aren't you aware that, in your parlance, tiny Scotlanders decided to keep glued to little Englanders recently? When we leave the EU, Britain will have access to world markets at world prices without the inconvenience of EU trade barriers which currently stop us doing so. Seems to be the we'll be leaving the little EU to join the rest of the big World. Most goods sourced outside the eu should drop in price by about 17% as I understand it, while also giving a possible market to many undeveloped countries and helping their economies. Seems like win win to me with only the arrogant and bossy eu losing out. | shy tott
03/2/2019 20:18 | Minerve likes to tell people that they have no balls but he has no balls to take my bet of £50k that I have one and only one identity on ADVFN. He will likely now trot out his stock answer about not doing business with a bad person to deflect his lack of balls but the idiot does not seem to know the difference between business and a bet. This is not business but a bet you absolutely know you would lose. Actually, I know I would win but Minerve being the kind of person he is would welch on the bet and not pay out knowing that gambling debts are not enforceable in law, especially when drunk. BTW, I have two daughters and a wife. I suspect you have a friendly right hand 👌 | az209

03/2/2019 20:05 | bargainbob just as I no longer engage with you regards the break up of The Union why don't you stop giving oxygen to the Brextremists? What will be will be and the laugh of it is (unlike jpjohn1's view) it will not make the slightest difference after the rubbish has settled. | ![]() aceuk

03/2/2019 19:51 | Pete I saw it , though his actions after the event have left a dark mark. First to throw in the towel . A disgrace and as much to do with the place May finds herself today . | ![]() bargainbob
03/2/2019 19:48 | They laughed at Farage too.....remember his 'you're not laughing now speech' in Brussels after the Referendum. Worth seeing if you haven't bb. | ![]() cheshire pete
03/2/2019 19:46 | Pete , Different story up North, it good that you hear , what you would not hear down south . The ground work before the announcement of a referendum was laid out today . Looking like it will be declared before 1st of March. Ireland also reporting a united Ireland referendum to be called if Backstop removed. England and Wales could be left isolated. Scottish Labour has lost 20 per cent of card carrying members 5000 in total. Talk of a new Labour Party in the offing . SNP is now the second biggest member party in UK. Though Exlogiclad does not want to accept it lol. | ![]() bargainbob |
