Alphorn: "cheshire - so what will you do about it? You have plenty of words and very little action...."

Please refer to my post 3637, giving thoughts on LLOY. Expect them higher 12 months from now. Long on some FTSE 100 overseas earners too.
Not advice just my gut feel and could be wrong.

Never post anything I don't believe btw.

The EU. think that the referendum was won by lies and fake information.

If leave win the market will immediately collapse
The economy will go into recession
Your mortgage will go up
The cost of everything in the shops will go up
World War III will break out

Oh yes, there were plenty of lies told, but they didn't win the referendum. The people saw through them.

"When the Brexit vote was won many of his colleagues made a killing on that night by shorting £ Stirling.

Respect, we investors always look for opportunities."

I hope I'm reading that wrong careful.

Don Coyote 10 Dec 2020 8:21AMStop messing around - No Deal Freedom awaitsWe are only negotiating on an area where they have a massive destabilising poverty-inducing illegal surplus.Services aren't even on the table.Let's join the trans Pacific partnership, offer import substitution to our actual friends in the world and let the Old World rot.It will be bumpy, but products will then be cheaper and we will be empowering our Pacific-facing friends to strengthen in the face of Chinese aggression. Everyone wins, except the SovEUt Union.8LikeReplyBerty Backsplash 10 Dec 2020 8:27AMNo deal: freedom, liberty, competitive advantageAll concepts that go straight over the head of Westminster MPs

Boxerdog, dont know if you caught it but Merv let slip he hails from Chesterfield a gritty Derbyshire town like some of those in the Valleys. To suggest that labour is still the voice or the working man is preposterous they displaced him long ago with immigrants & more recently wokies & the extinction rebels & benefit claimants. Infact the only labour supporters they havent displaced are the elites like Corbyns brother, Lady Nugee & Lord Minerve of Cheshire. So you see whilst Minerve continues to support the politics of his formative years it is only because he has made huge leaps over social boundaries that he can pontificate that he has remained true to his beliefs......wot a fukin tool!! Hahahaha haaaaaaa!
