Boris should have gone out of his way to make sure he didn't give the slightest impression he was trying to make political capital out of this. He didn't come up to scratch there.

Then once he gets in, he can stealthily financially rape the very same people that put him in, but they are so stupid and ignorant they will not realise their real wealth is on a continual down trend.

G2, What about Scotland they're as much of a threat if not more, forget Labour, theres a whole nation north of the border which is intent on syphoning resources to service their unsuitable spending. Wlthout the drain of Scotland thr UK would be out of austerity years ago. In reality a labour government is likely tobe a coalition so limited on what it can do. SNP can continue to burn money. Infinitely bigger threat imo.

Labour is to promise free, healthy breakfasts for all primary-age children as part of a multibillion pound plan to “poverty-proof” England’s schools and boost educational standards.

The shadow education secretary, Angela Rayner, will on Thursday pledge to recruit 20,000 more teachers, cap secondary class sizes at 30, and spend £7bn on repairs and upgrades to England’s crumbling school buildings.

As well as expanding the provision of free breakfasts to all primary schools across England to help combat hunger, Labour would also pilot free breakfasts in secondary schools and introduce a new programme of “extended schools”, in the evenings and the summer holidays, to help all children to access activities such as sport.

The IFS should keep their beaks out, Scotland's sick and needs to stand on its own feet to put it on an even keel. The rest of tbe UK should be insisting on another Indy Rer AFTER weve secured the border. Scotland is a hopeless carbuncle hemorrhageing cash its defecit to GDP ratio is the worst in europe at 7.6% & the rest of us s keeping her afloat. Without independence Scotlsnd has to have her powers revoked snd be run by a capable Tory government. Those should be the options, Independece or special measures.

Cold weather coming in for polling day though m5 and is a risk. Tories must not get complacent, we have to turn out and save the nation from Corbyn and the remainers. I'm thinking of volunteering to give lifts for elderly people to the PS, though anyone old enough to remember Red Robbo and his ilk is likely to crawl through broken glass to get there. Lefty snowflakes can have a duvet day lol.

Nicola Sturgeon's election campaign has been derailed after an impartial analysis found her plan for a separate Scotland would mean deeper austerity than being governed by the Tories in the UK.

The First Minister made a campaign stop in Midlothian to "outline the danger of further Tory austerity from Westminster", one of her top themes during the election battle.

But shortly before her arrival the respected Institute for Fiscal Studies (IFS) published an analysis of the SNP manifesto that concluded separation would lead to lower spending in Scotland than planned by Boris Johnson.

Economist David Phillips, the think tank's associate director, warned the document's uncosted pledges would mean higher...
