Crossing, have you ever had any Chateau Musar? It's something I've been meaning to get around to for years but somehow never have.

I wont buy anything from Germany, France, or Spain anymore.
Quite a sacrifice wine side.

Plenty of alternatives out there though new World side. Some delicious Malbecs out of Argentina, some Syrah out of the Middle East. #Chateau Musar.

Am an equal opportunities drinker.

gnr - we all know of Thalidomide's potentially awful side effects if taken during or near pregnancy.

It is still a very powerful medicine and is on the WHO's List of Essential Medicines. It is now available as a generic medication. As an example of cost differentials - in the United Kingdom it costs the NHS about £1,000 per month (2018); in the US about US$9,000 (2019). (Source net).

Celgene (sub of B-MS) is US producer, many overseas generics.

Moody's has changed its rating on the UK banking system to negative from stable, saying a "deteriorating operating environment" was weighing on asset quality and profitability, while low interest rates and increased competition were eroding net interest margins of lenders. The challenges would outweigh the sector's "strong capital and liquidity buffers" and a decline in PPI costs, Moody's said, with a "modest deterioration in profitability" likely.
