“We are a great nation, perfectly capable of standing on our own two

feet.

"So if Parliament rejects the deal on offer, the Prime Minister has it in her

power to deliver a WTO outcome. That is what she should do.

And if some Ministers resign as a result? That would be a pity, but there are

always volunteers to replace every departure.”

Mr Davis said it was vital to stop the “scaremongering, we must stop the

scaremongering, the dithering and the endless rhetoric” with respect to a no deal

outcome.

He added: “We are a great nation, perfectly capable of standing on our own two

feet. We should clear the decks to prepare for a better future deal and to then

deliver the Brexit the British people deserve and voted for.”

"If the people are to be trusted with the decision to leave before we know the terms of exit, why once we have that knowledge are they now suddenly disqualified and seemingly incapable of making the decision on whether the terms of exit meet their approval?"

Brexit guy: Chooses who he wants to get a mortgage from, goes to said bank and bank says that the special deal available was in limited supply and has now gone, Brexiter still signs for mortgage irrespective of new rate.

Leaver guy: Chooses who he wants to get a mortgage from, goes to said bank and bank says that the special deal available was in limited supply and has now gone, Leaver goes to more competitive bank to sign mortgage.

Which do you think is the idiot in this scenario?

You cannot argue against what Blair says. He is right, I know it, you know it, everyone knows it. Self denial, or trying to avert the issue, only makes you look the fool that we know you already are. That is why you have got nowhere in your life, which I KNOW you haven't! ;)

"I've decided to go out tomorrow. When I made the decision I didn't know whether the forecast was for good weather, normal weather or bad weather. Whatever it is it won't stop me going out though, just wear appropriate clothing."

It's 3ft deep in snow, the road is covered with black ice, you hear reports of accidents on the roads you are due to travel, still going out in your swimming trunks?

You are such a simpleton it makes me wonder how the hell you have managed to get through life. You are definitely a tradesman. Only those types are simpletons who make money.

Best speech I have seen on Brexit. If you see yourself as an intellect, a deep thinker, regardless of which side you are on, or what you think of Tony Blair, you would do yourself no disservice to at least listen to this speech and consider the arguments he puts forward. (c30 minutes)
