01/11/2021 16:05 | One can buy upto 100k of shares for 15.13p so looking very weak; and the mid of 15.25p is misleading; one buy well within. I was tempted but the above put me of! Still very much on watch-list but the disappointment continues | davethechef
29/10/2021 15:29 | It will be nucleotide specificity that will be the deal maker (or breaker). IMO | simithy
29/10/2021 13:49 | This continuous slide in the share price might at least put a little pressure to give some positive news on the biological pathogen detector. Not that that market seems to trust any positive news that comes out of their mouths. | aqc888
29/10/2021 09:13 | MMs tomfoolery is just about t ridiculous with this stock! | b00mb0y
28/10/2021 09:40 | Hi - a director cannot release new updates in such a forum. | strategicinvestor2
28/10/2021 09:33 | Do not miss the brief four-minute interview two days ago with Kromek on ProActive Investors. More hot air than a blimpy balloon. Lots of the normal old guff. No concrete details. And ZERO mention of the progress or sales of the covid-sniffer-thinga The interviewer however deserves an Oscar. ALL IMO. DYOR. QP | quepassa
27/10/2021 23:00 | I do not follow KMK as closely as I should do given that I have been misguided enough to buy shares here.Tuesday 's announcement prompted me to do some digging.I read the Equity Development report and was disconcerted to see that for this FY they are projecting a pre tax loss after share based payments of £5.1m which granted was better than the previous year's loss of £6.4m but was considerably higher than the losses in 2018,9 and 2020.I was even more disconcerted to read that the net cash figure will go down from year end FY21 of £7.4m to £2m at the end of this current FY. That would suggest the possibility of a fund raise sometime in calendar H2 2022.That prompted me to look at the shareholder reg | cerrito
27/10/2021 11:53 | Hey old man. Try putting you slippers on and sit down with the Sun newspaper. Take your mind of us for a while. Tut tut | b00mb0y
27/10/2021 11:07 | I think I first invested 11months ago. Not sure what the length of my time invested has to do with anything. Would my views be better if I was a shareholder who was in loss? Is it a requirement to be a loser to post on the Kromek board? | aqc888
27/10/2021 11:05 | I’d be happy if the CEO invested a load of his own money and stayed on. Minimum £150k. Otherwise, step aside and let someone else with a track record of success fill the role. | aqc888
27/10/2021 11:03 | ACQ How many times have they repeated the process in your 7 months on the bulletin board. Your credibility looks pretty weak. | retirementfund
27/10/2021 11:00 | Insanity: Repeating the same process again and again expecting a different result. Perhaps just a few more years of current leadership will solve all the problems hey? | aqc888
27/10/2021 10:56 | Yes b0y I can't stop laughing at you. Very happy with the price allows me to keep adding the odd £50 here and there Keep guessing is it £50 £100. | retirementfund
27/10/2021 08:54 | I'll leave that task to others. In the inimitable words of Nigel Farage, "Predictions are a mug's game". And this bulletin board has been full of blue-sky predictions from both amateurs and so-called professionals alike for many a year. All of which have been egregiously wide of their mark. ALL IMO. DYOR. QP | quepassa
27/10/2021 08:35 | Que Try predicting the next 6 years. | retirementfund
27/10/2021 08:32 | "Good job". Interesting comment. I guess it depends on one's definition of a "good job." Herewith an extract from my post no. 4244 of 6/4/21:- QUOTE Using figures from Equity Development (7/10/20), this is Kromek's seven year performance. 2. PROFIT BEFORE TAX - ADJUSTED 2014 -£4.5m LOSS 2015 -£3m LOSS 2016 -£4m LOSS 2017 -£4m LOSS 2018 -£2.5m LOSS 2019 -£1.5m LOSS 2020 -£4m LOSS LOSS BEFORE TAX (ADJUSTED) for last seven years is £23.5 million. 3. EQUITY RAISING SINCE IPO 30/7/15 £11million 25/1/17 £21million 12/2/19 £21million 12/2/21 £13million They had raised £53m by end 2020. And the new 2021 Placing, brings total to £66m. A great deal of shareholder dilution. UNQUOTE ALL IMO. DYOR. QP | quepassa
27/10/2021 08:17 | ACQ You have only been a member for a few months hardly been incredibly positive for very long. Ark yes 100% think Arnab is doing a good job I wouldn't be invested if I didn't | retirementfund
27/10/2021 08:02 | Retirement fund. If you look back further through my posts you’ll see I had been incredibly positive about Kromek for the majority of the time. Only in the past month have my views turned negative. Personally I look at these boards to read positive and negative views of companies that have very little media coverage to help navigate. I really don’t understand why some want a board with positive views only and block negative views from Que Passa. His facts and figures he posts aren’t palatable to most on here but surely if there’s a negative view it’s beneficial to explore it rather than block it and bury your head in the sand? When I was positive on Kromek I engaged with negative views. I’d think it would be useful for all to do that. I find skid35 and que passa have identified some good reasons to be negative. I still hold the majority of my Kromek and would find it beneficial for any points I’ve made to be shown as not a cause for concern. I’m holding out for details on the detector. But I’d definitely describe myself as a reluctant holder of Kromek waiting to exit at the right time. I think that’s a shame for an innovative British business to have holders of their stock thinking like that, it could so easily be different with better management. | aqc888
26/10/2021 20:55 | Always fascinating to see 2 so called holders slating a company they supposedly hold. Almost creates the impression that they are one and the same. There seems quite a simple remedy to your problem simply sell up. This is only a gamble if you haven't done your research and you are playing with bigger chips than you can afford. Meanwhile back to Kromek perfectly happy with this news they are building very significant recurring revenue all of which will lead to a buy out at multiples of current price. Added a chunk today and will continue to do so over the coming days while they are on offer at a fire sale price. above is my own personal view no advice given or intended | retirementfund
26/10/2021 20:29 | Couldn’t agree more, AQC888. Kmk could be bought out at this seriously low MC by an American company. And if so then That spells out fraudulent manipulation by insider and directors of the share price We are seeing daily declines in the share price without any real understanding or reasoning for these declines. Then we get little snippets Of news that tease you into believing it’s going to be good for the share price and then the declines starts over again. No matter how much the research you can do on a small MC AIM company every single PI’s investment is a massive gamble. | b00mb0y |
