Retirement fund. If you look back further through my posts you’ll see I had been incredibly positive about Kromek for the majority of the time. Only in the past month have my views turned negative. Personally I look at these boards to read positive and negative views of companies that have very little media coverage to help navigate. I really don’t understand why some want a board with positive views only and block negative views from Que Passa. His facts and figures he posts aren’t palatable to most on here but surely if there’s a negative view it’s beneficial to explore it rather than block it and bury your head in the sand? When I was positive on Kromek I engaged with negative views. I’d think it would be useful for all to do that. I find skid35 and que passa have identified some good reasons to be negative. I still hold the majority of my Kromek and would find it beneficial for any points I’ve made to be shown as not a cause for concern. I’m holding out for details on the detector. But I’d definitely describe myself as a reluctant holder of Kromek waiting to exit at the right time. I think that’s a shame for an innovative British business to have holders of their stock thinking like that, it could so easily be different with better management.

Always fascinating to see 2 so called holders slating a company they supposedly hold. Almost creates the impression that they are one and the same. There seems quite a simple remedy to your problem simply sell up.

This is only a gamble if you haven't done your research and you are playing with bigger chips than you can afford.

Meanwhile back to Kromek perfectly happy with this news they are building very significant recurring revenue all of which will lead to a buy out at multiples of current price. Added a chunk today and will continue to do so over the coming days while they are on offer at a fire sale price.

above is my own personal view no advice given or intended

Couldn’t agree more, AQC888.

Kmk could be bought out at this seriously low MC by an American company. And if so then That spells out fraudulent manipulation by insider and directors of the share price We are seeing daily declines in the share price without any real understanding or reasoning for these declines. Then we get little snippets Of news that tease you into believing it’s going to be good for the share price and then the declines starts over again.

No matter how much the research you can do on a small MC AIM company every single PI’s investment is a massive gamble.

Kromek really need to focus on delivering the results and sales of the biological pathogen detector. That is what they primarily based the £13m fundraising on. If they have any respect at all for investors who contributed to that £13m they will offer an update.

Distractions of ‘upto’ contracts won’t cut it. Nor will pathetic buys of £15k by board members. Kromek - you are entering the end of the road of investors patience. I’m still holding some - but all the warning signs on the dashboard are screaming sell

What has the result of your journey been?

“It’s been an 18-year journey. We did our first acquisition of a Californian business in 2010. We had our first major US government contract in 2008 and we acquired a second US company in 2013, and then listed on the UK AIM market in the same year.”

And since the IPO THAT YEAR THE Sp HAS BEEN ON A CONSTANT DOWNWARD TREND! With the exception of a few spikes when insiders and MMs have made some dosh.

Arnab giving advice on commercialization when he delivered 75% loss to shareholders and endless dilution over 8 years?

"What tips would you give to businesses developing commercial services underpinned by physics and requiring innovation?"

"Customers and your own people are at the heart of any strategy; understand the market and look after your cash. Commercialisation is a multifaceted process: science and technology play a part, but at the heart of that process are people. Then there is the market. You need to understand whether the market exists for the technology that you’re trying to apply.

People often make a mistake when looking for a gap in the market as there are lots of obvious gaps, but the important thing to understand is whether that gap needs to be filled: is there a market for it?"

All should remember that Kromeks order book is 75% full for this year’s analysts forecasts. This order which ‘might’ make up some of this years forecast still doesn’t reach what’s expected of Kromek in this financial year. Given they have a few more months to make up the rest, but it’s hardly an announcement they are thrashing this years forecasts. Personally I’m extremely frustrated at the opaqueness regarding the biological pathogen detectors results and sales. Who tested the detectors in the accredited tests - unknown. What exactly were the results to these tests other than really good.. - unknown. Have any of the testing partners made comments/indications they want to buy any - unknown. How’s the commercialisation going - unknown.
But hey guys we got another ‘up to’ order again. None of the other ‘upto’ orders ever materialised. Kromeks attitude to investors is treat them like mushrooms- keep them in the dark and sh*t on them from time to time. It’s not going to work for much longer Kromek. Get serious or your going bankrupt next time you need a fundraising. Deservedly so.

Give us the details you promised months ago. Nobody is interested nor getting distracted by any more games till you give details and sales on the biological pathogen detectors.

Strategicinvestor2 - Isnt "£0.9m to the bottom line every year" the best case scenario with the worst case scenario being near nothing but the reality probably somewhere in between? It's a good RNS but still small potatoes?

It's not a 7 year $17m contract. read it again and work out why it says "UP TO"
It's a small sale to a large US OEM which, IF they like it, they will buy some more each year.

There is simply no respect from shareholders anymore no matter how good an RNS may read. This is due to years of promises and years of letdowns.
The little rise so far today is perfectly in line with the last 3 months trend line.
Kmk sucks.

Exactly £0.9m to bottom line every year is excellent news - suspect will be a very prudent estimate as only single roll out IHMO DYOR

£17m contract. From memory the broker says Kromek works on a 52% profit. That’s £6m profit over 7years?!?! Or is the little boy who cried wolf at it again? Kromek up 0.6% on news of a huge additional yearly profit for 7years. Will probably be in negative territory by the end of the day. The management have zero credibility. Professional investors don’t believe it. Increasingly small investors don’t believe any of it. And most devastatingly the founder and CEO doesn’t believe any of it with his 0.86% holding.

Indeed; continued vague RNS details & still no update on sales of the covid detector!

No surprise to usual share price performance on news releases.
Disappointing!
